Especially like this part here "Once that connection has been made and there is a downflow of inspiration and information matching the upflow of the Creator’s energy, it is possible to work in consciousness simply by allowing that flow to occur and being aware consciously of that flow."
Now each person is different, how that feeling is to you.. that flow but merely recognising and being aware of the flows existence is a powerfull step towards revealing what fits for you. Of course all this is just extras to most important part of first learning to keep heart open!

And could not resist but to include this final quote here that sums up prior discussion above..
