I've just come down from my first experience with LSD, I took 200ug, and I must say I felt lovely at first. But more than anything I think it actually helped me understand myself. I understood that  I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia, I hear s***, but while I was on LSD I heard nothing, and I felt no distortions. I just simply was euphoric. Anyway I'm back to normal now, same crazy that I was before the LSD. I wish I could really say more but that's all I got for now guys. I'd like to hear your reflections as my brothers and sisters of sorrow on this. Maybe hearing what all of you have to say will help me establish what my next best course of action would be in regards to this medicine.

Edit: one last thing just to be clear- I did not experience any visual hallucinations during this period of dosing, though I might say there was some stimuli, some vibrancies, but then again it was 11 at night when I took it and I remained indoor.

hey - thanks so much for sharing!

I've not tried it myself, but it's great that it was such a positive experience for you.

Sounds like it was very healing Smile

    Hey, sister?

Yeah my wife hears "s***", and she had a similar experience with amphetamine many years ago. She was diagnosed when she was 16 and she is 33 now.

It sounds like you have found yourself a form of temporary relief from the voices using lsd. Just one curious question. Was it advised to you by your peers, or did you simply intuit the idea yourself? I suspect the latter.

By the way, my wife, Heidi, has mentioned on another thread you created that she would be happy to hang out with you if you are interested? By pm or email if not publicly. She totally identifies with how you feel on occasions  Smile

Anyway her username is 'Furry rabbit' if you would like that.

    Thanks for sharing Smile
I would love to hear more details.
Did you take it alone? Or was someone with you?

Optical "hallucinations" are not neccessarily the rule.
It acts as a powerful perception amplifier, I would say, which means, whatever you put your focus on will be greatly amplified.
I would like to stress the utmost importance of set and setting and the likes, in case you didnt already consider this.

Ah good ol' Lucy. Had some great experiences with her. I not only experience visual phenomenon but also became aware of how to manipulate such phenomenon. My second major trip I 'woke up' completely. I experienced a complete remembering and a temporary unity with my unmanifest self.

The most startling is when you look in the mirror and can see through your body, it appears loose and transparent, clearly a temporal structure and there being able to recognize the pure being within. Essence acting of its own volition through substance, yet always impressed by universal patterns. Realizing you are this essence you see that you are connected to everything, there is one essence which permeates the universe of which we all share. The self, the personality melts away in to pure awareness of identity. Going from thinking to knowing.

So, I've had some pretty enlightening experiences on LSD but it has been the continuous work afterwards that really allowed me to see what the experience was teaching me. I don't advocate it's use, but I also think that used wisely with some focused intention can reveal many things about yourself to you.

I do intend to take one more journey with Lucy, as my journey is not yet complete and there is the final stretch to make which will be the third tier dose, the triple dose. I am in no rush though and do not actively seek. These things either occur naturally or I do not do them.

As always, I suggest the highest caution and respect for any psychoactive substances as they are incredibly powerful and can completely change who you are, and if you don't have a strong sense of direction you may not always change in ways you want. Careful kids, the mind is not a toy.
