Don't worry about my ankle
It's just an overworked tendon/sinew. I have enough medical knowledge to be able to identify it. It's not inside the ankle but on the outside. If you suddenly start to use them in ways they were not used to, like picking up exercise and running on a treadmill after you've been sitting on your bum for 10 years, then you might strain them.
