I am losing a lot of sleep due to lots of poltergeist activity at home.
It starts to ramp up once the sun sets.
I'm very used to this kind of thing, so it doesn't scare me, but the loud knocks and bangs keep me up at night.
If anyone has experience with this sort of thing, I'd love to learn a defensive technique or something to limit them from keeping me awake. It's causing me problems at work not getting enough sleep.
