8fold path

Can someone enlighten me as to how the eight-fold path goes?
I was wondering your own experience with it.

I asked about studying esoteric texts, and a few people recommended the eight-fold path as well as meditation.

I am also working to raise my kundalini. I want to study kundalini yoga.

I don't need enlightenment, but I want to develop.

I would love to become a shaman to help others overcome things that I have experienced.

The eightfold path was taught by the Buddha. Scott Mandelker works with Theravada Buddhism and the Law of One so he may be perfect for you! He also discusses meditation.
