For those of you who are having difficulties in meditating I would like to suggest a kind of passive meditation I came to like.
You will need a quiet environment, nature, or a melody in the background to keep you off from unneeded noises or distractions.
When you set these conditions up just take whatever comfortable position you may like, and listen, just listen without attaching any thought. Even if thoughts do come by don't try to analyze them.
After a few minutes bring your attention to your body, your breath, or even your heart. And using imagination and the calmness which you bring about, imagine that you are healing those parts which are now calm, the slow beating of your heart, the silent breaths that expand your chest and stomach, the stillness in your feet and arms. Heal and be well.
