An urgent advice against premature Indigo Ray Work

If an emotion arises in me, i mean a severe one, i just deal with it, try to consciously experience it.
No emotion ever said "Hi, i come from yellow ray and i greet you"

This Is EXTRAORDINARILY resonating within me. No emotion says "I AM FROM ONE THING, AND THAT ONE THING ALONE." Nay, all arising emotions arise from Infinity Itself, and Seek to be Resolved in a unique, Infinite Way. Meaning - literally whichever way one wishes to deal with that arising emotion - INCLUDING REJECTION - is CORRECT.

I absolutely agree!
I would like to expand on that.

Over the years, a "concept" formed in me, which gave me much freedom and peace.

I can do whatever i want!

Some years ago, i had more of an urge to act spiritually correct, or rather, alligned with my conscious intention.
This did mean, whenever i realized something, i felt obliged to act on that.
Meaning, an emotion arises, i deal with it.
A realization is gained, i try to act on it, tale new directions or change behaviour.

That put a lot of pressure on me and strengthened denial. My system would deny anything that i was not ready to change.

At some point, i changed my approach.
An emotion arises, i dont want to deal with it for whatever reason, okay, i dont deal with it.
I stay allow myself to suppress it for the moment, but stay aware that i did so.
A realization came and i am not able to change patterns or behaviour, well, then i dont, but stay aware of the realization.

whenever i go for an inner journey, i allow also that i realize denial, but give myself the allowance to ignore it or not act on it.
That gave me much more freedom to realize denial for example. It allows for more realization, whilst not putting pressure on me.
And i found many things simply change through awareness, just over time without doing anything.

And i have to deny much less!

Also, after many years of inner work, i gained a lot of insight and understanding concerning the "counter-forces" and do judge myself less heavily!
