Ok so I couldn't sleep...

So I decided to meditate lying down in bed, which I've only done half a dozen times...

Through the closed eye meditation, I felt strong blue center activation, which I usually don't feel too often...I started seeing with closed eyes the usual violet and black flame swirls...I then open my eyes...

And the swirls remain...it's as if my vision is blocked or focusing on these violet energy swirls...like my vision is...breathing...and its at like maybe 50% transparency I can see the dimly lit room behind it (I have a laptop led in the room and moonlight from the window my room is no where near pitch black)...

It was kind of freaky, till I realized its the exact same stuff I see when my eyes close in meditation, except I was awake with my eyes open...then it wears off within a minute (I think I wanted it too) and the room is filled with faint specks of light...like you can see/the ones Ive posted about seeing in the daytime in the sky...I've been seeing those specks ever so slightly everywhere for the past three weeks...but this was much brighter...like a starry sky....

Your post reminds me of how I used to see specks of light? or a bit reddish maybe
around people who were upset or angry after my awakening...
probably those are energy phenomena.

Or has your processing come to any conclusion as to what it is?

No idea. Maybe my third eye is getting more energy due to more unblocking of the throat chakra. I don't know if I can find a way out of this rabbit hole I've gone down

Close your eyes and go deep into the silence. When you are still and stable, manifest brilliant white light inside your body. Hold this light as long as you can. When it dissipates, or you become distracted and leave the silence, go back and start all over again.

Once you get good at this (and it may take years), practice manifesting the light in other spaces. It will be particularly good for you to manifest the light inside your clients (but this will be hard for you to do until you can hold it indefinitely inside yourself).

Nithin you may believe this or not....but this white light is ex tempore, and ex loco. Once you become skilled at manifesting and holding it, you may manifest the light externally, then enter it, and meet with any other being in the Universe who has similar skill....and they are many, and (mostly) worthy.
