    Hi Folks,

I wanted to share something that is very important to me. So important in fact that I have devoted the last 20 years of my life to it and made it my profession: to help people overcome depression and awaken inspiration. Or, in other words, to help Wanderers get over W Blues, enjoy life and be able to do their job.

Yes, we have a tendency to get depressed.

As one of my teachers says, depression results from having a dream vision of successful and pleasant life and comparing it one's reality. No wonder we end up depressed when we (unconsciously) compare our higher D memories with the mess this planet is in now. So yes, it's understandable. I know what I'm talking about having spent 2,5 years on an equivalent of Prozac.

Now, I didn't like that - to depend on a pill - so I decided to face myself and find more evolutionary ways to get out of this mental/ emotional abyss.

And I found them. It took me years to sift through different methods and refine them but I got there (if you're interested, you can check my website: http://artbutterflycoaching.com/methods/)

W Blues is NOT a life sentence. Don't give into it. You can have a good and beautiful and inspired life. All you need is a miracle.

According to "A Course in Miracles" a miracle is a shift in perception.

The way we feel depends more on how we perceive reality and less on what is actually happening to us. So choose how you look at things.

We haven't come here to moan; we have come here to do a certain type of work - sometimes all we need to do is to be an example. But we need to face and overcome our challenges to be able to be that example.

As Ra says, we live in a net of illusions or distortions. The universe doesn't really evolve or change as time is also an illusion. Everything is perfect NOW - it's our task to see it. As the Sun is still there even when it's covered by clouds, the Truth is there even when it's covered by clouds of bullsh*t. What we are here for is to remind others that the Sun, Love, Truth, God, whatever you call it, is always there and you can commune with it NOW.

One way to experience it is to meditate. Another - to let go of negative emotions, depression, longings, expectations etc. and welcome what is as it is.

There is a method to experience this called Sedona Method. I would bet the creators of SM downloaded it from some higher intelligences! You can learn it by watching this movie Letting Go:

    http://members.lettinggo.tv/watch-letting-go-now/ It's free online.

Let me know what you think.

    Good luck! xx

I'd not really ever looked at it that way before- wanderer blues because used to a high density. Makes much sense. I have experience with depression, and whilst i'm generally over with it, I still find the question of motivation a difficult one. Sometimes I don't see the point of doing anything at all, and thats obviously a little troubling.

Maybe you don't need to DO anything. Just be?
It's this civilisation's ideal to always be busy busy busy and efficient. Maybe for some of us "efficient" is just to be ok :-)

Is this actually true though? Don't we have needs as human beings which need to be met in order to live a healthy and happy life? Intimacy for example.

Of course we do. But it's all a game of paradoxes. When you let go of those needs and all the surrounding feelings (including that of lack), miracles happen, starting with the shift in your mood and level of radiance.

I'm afraid you'd have to experience it to believe me. All I can say is - watch the movie Letting Go. x
