Weird occurence during meditation

Soooo I wanna share this story with you and get some insight.

A few days ago I lay down on the bed and tried to get into my peaceful place, I normally meditate with the aid of mediation cd's or music but I think that didn't really make any difference.

A few mins into meditation and I get this weird faint light which I initially thought was the sun. we don't get much sun in Holland but it's been coming out of the clouds a lot for us in the past few days.

So i get this feeling of faint light hovering above my eyes (that's when I thought it was the sun) but right after that the light focused a bit more and became stronger to the point that it looked like it was a reflection of a beam from a mirror/ a flash. Then I realise that the flash of light was coming from the bottom of a thing that looked like a UFO flying into focus. Then suddenly I see two hands grabbing the saucer/UFO and turning it towards me (kinda like turning the bottom side of it towards me). At that point it looked as if the dude holding the saucer was myself and was holding an actual shiny saucer right above my eyes and aside the fact that I got scared i was also kinda blinded so I immediatelly opened my eyes and the whole scene dissapeared.

I'm pretty sure I had not fallen asleep because I was consiously thinking "wow so muuuuch sun today,it's unbelievable", when i felt the faint light appearing.

I consider it a positive/good thing. I got the feeling that myself/the dude who was pointing the light towards me was essentially trying to get me to realise that the flash I could see into the saucer/mirror was me. Not sure how i got to this conclusion, but it pretty much felt like that.

Thoughts?

I'm not that good at describing so please, if you could be bothered reading this far down and have questions, ask for clarification.

Thanks for sharing this story! Your initial impressions sound quite reasonable to me. Perhaps you could use "Who am I?" as a meditation focus in the future and see what comes of that?

Are you familiar with Dolores Cannon's books? I would recommend The Three Waves of Volunteers which speaks to this subject quite nicely.

Also- any tips you can offer on staying awake during meditation while laying down? I tend to fall asleep whenever I do that.

It does sound like your idea is right - it was you showing up during your meditation. Since time only exists in our perception, there is no reason it wasn't you visiting you, especially if that is the impression you had.

The saucer sure is a juicy detail. Could you describe its qualities further (shape, color, luminosity, sound, position relative to you, etc)?

I'm assuming the you that came knew you would open your eyes and see at that moment, which could suggest some clues as to your intent for this experience.

You say the light/saucer was turned and pointed above your eyes... at your indigo center or higher? Maybe this was a latent download that will play itself out? Maybe this was a clearance of that chakra? Or maybe you just simply wanted to reflect the state of peace you were beaming out?

I have been directed to some of Dolores's material in the past but have not yet read anything, I could look into it since you suggested something. I believe that what keeps me awake during meditating while laying down is trying to keep a tempo with my breathing. i focus a lot on that so i believe it helps a lot with not falling asleep. Aside this, I have been feeling alot of pressure on my forehead which is a constant occurence and that kinda keeps me awake too, it's not a feeling of discomfort but it is strong, so it's either my third eye gaining in strength or a brain tumor growing . I hope this helps.

Initially, when it came into focus it flew from left to right, dissapeared for a bit and then flew back into focus until I saw it getting grabbed by my visitor. I'm attaching a link to an image that shows something similar. In my case it was a bit more flat though.

Before getting grabbed it looked like a dark silver coloured object without any sound etc. After getting grabbed, the bottom side of it was turned to me and at that point it looked like a normal saucer (the ones you would serve drinks with), silver in colour and shiny...just like normal silverware. The flash of light emanating from it was pointed towards my face, wether it was targetting my indigo center or my eyes i could not tell you but it was defo not higher. I saw this whole scene, then got scared/blinded and then I opened my eyes. I associate it with increasing my vibrational frequency. I've read all of the Ra material, part of Larson's "Nothing but Motion" book and recently have been exposed to Abraham Hicks.

They all make sense to me and I can see were they interconnect and considering the fact that my work for the last 6 years or so is based on fine tuning frequencies I think that's the message i was receiving.

If we are all creatures of light and sound, then the higher the frequencies we emanate the more blinding that light becomes. I believe something similar appears in the Ra material somewhere.
