I used to draw this a lot as a child and never understood why. I found out about something related to it in channeled information later in life. I understand it intimately, but it's a lot to explain so I'll just post it for people to interpret as they will:

What it made me think of at a glance is the saying: As Above, So Below. Or a simple illustration of the idea in the Ra Material of the spiraling energy from the north and south poles. Also the idea of mirroring or how dimensions intersect. I guess if I kept at it my ideas would be endless.

First thing I saw was two hourglasses side by side.

I guess I am pondering on the nature of time.

I looked straight at the center, the diamond. The pulsing heart of something, then two pyramids.

Intertwined Chaos. Chaos and Fate are my two best friends. I take them everywhere I go. Sometimes we meet Fractal, who is Chaos's best friend. The truth is I love Fractal because he will appear from nowhere. Chaos will say, look there is Fractal, and joyfully runs to him. Just because science says that the eternal and infinite must always be a circle, do not believe them. The infinite can come in many disguises, (a wolf in sheep clothing). Mister Black Dragon, you have the beginnings of a Fractal. As you zoom-out the pattern will repeat itself for infinity. You are squaring the circle. Or have you tried joining the points, and making it three-dimensional? There are more mysteries in the Universe, and do not observe it in two-dimensional thinking. Step out of yourself and see it in three dimensions. That is my thesis.

Time is a delusion my friend. Just as the Sorcerers say fate is decided. I will decide my own fate, (thank you). Time waits for no man and the world is a stage. Metaphors upon metaphors. Life is a metaphor within a Paradox. We are all sliding over the event horizon and into an Abyss, (will somebody write that down I like that).There are those that say, that the entire Universe is inside a Black Hole. Who are we to argue? Can anyone prove we are not? How large is space, and how long is time? Is time not eternal? What is the difference between a millisecond and a hundred billion years? A matter of concept and interpretation. If you are a God, a hundred billion years is, (but), a moment in time. For microscopic life, a second is a lifetime. All is interpretation and conjecture. So ends the soliloquy. Perhaps I am the reincarnation of Joseph Shakespeare? Who? Well I am not saying I am William am I? Peace.
