I have a question about The Harvest from LOO

Questioner: When graduation occurs at the end of a cycle, and entities are moved from one planet to another, by what means do they go to a new planet?

Ra: I am Ra. In the scheme of the Creator, the first step of the mind/body/spirit/totality/beingness is to place its mind/body/spirit complex distortion in the proper place of love/light. This is done to ensure proper healing of the complex and eventual attunement with the totality/beingness complex. This takes a very variable length of your time/space. After this is accomplished the experience of the cycle is dissolved and filtered until only the distillation of distortions in its pure form remains. At this time, the harvested mind/body/spirit/totality/beingness evaluates the density needs of its beingness and chooses the more appropriate new environment for either a repetition of the cycle or a moving forward into the next cycle. This is the manner of the harvesting, guarded and watched over by many.

Can someone help me understand the difference between mind/body/spirit/totality/beingness and mind/body/spirit/complex/distortion? Is Ra referring to our infinite creator and us? and if this is true then why does Ra seem to contradict themselves by saying that the m/b/s/t/b places its m/b/s/c/d into the proper place of love/light. However if its us who chooses inbetween incarnations where we want to go to either to a +4d planet or come back to earth or another 3d planet then who is ultimatley making that choice? Am I completely lost?

The choosing is always you. You choose if you are ready or not, right now it may seem that you want to go to a higher density but outside of the veil you might see a grander picture. I'll go into it in depth tommorrow.

The mind/body/spirit complex distortion is us now, or in this case immediately after death.

The mind/body/spirit totality is, as I understand it, the us at the end of this octave, just before rejoining the Creator. Here's Ra's definition:

36.1 Questioner: In previous communications you have spoken of the mind/body/spirit complex totality. Would you please give us a definition of the mind/body/spirit complex totality?

Ra: I am Ra. There is a dimension in which time does not have sway. In this dimension, the mind/body/spirit in its eternal dance of the present may be seen in totality, and before the mind/body/spirit complex which then becomes a part of the social memory complex is willingly absorbed into the allness of the One Creator, the entity knows itself in its totality.

This mind/body/spirit complex totality functions as, shall we say, a resource for what you perhaps would call the Higher Self. The Higher Self, in turn, is a resource for examining the distillations of third-density experience and programming further experience. This is also true of densities four, five, and six with the mind/body/spirit complex totality coming into consciousness in the course of seventh density.

Sorting through the many levels of this stuff is no mean challenge. This may be of some help; however, I should note that it's merely my distortion-cum-distillation of the material.

The person you view in the mirror is self consciously experiencing this incarnation as you. Outside of time you are also experiencing myriad incarnations (and whatnot) in various Densities. All of you share a higher self which provides resources and guidance. You all are also a seamless being dwelling in 7D or thereabouts composed of the finest distillation of all your varied experiences. All of you evolve through the Densities individually, yet are connected.

When your biographical self departs this planet next time, you--as "you"--with influence from many of the others, will make decisions about where to visit next.

How's that for a simple explanation?
