Last night I dreamed I got a note left by Bashar. I think it was them saying hi in a sentence.

Is there a chance it was them communicating with me?

Or is it just astral stuff?

Also, why is it that we are automatically comfortable with what's going on in the dream (except for the case of nightmares)?

Like the dream is usually one we have never had before. But we still can make sense and follow what's going on. Even more than real life. Like we know what's going on.

I just saw a video that said that during dreams your self-awareness is turned off.

When I dont self medicate, I sometimes become aware of it all being a dream.

I remember a quest in a video game (Da: origins), my character had to find my friends in a dream land.
The only friend I found who was self aware enough was Morrigan, a witch of the wilds.

She was the most intelligent in the team and also a mage.

I think it depends on how self aware you are while awake.
