Great video, Matt1. I think if one is to achieve celebrity, one of the best uses it can be put to is to champion social causes. People are paying attention to you. You have a mic, why not use it? Especially on a topic as important as gender inequality.

A quick request, too. The guidelines ask that when posting a link to an outside source to please a short description:

12) When sharing a link to a webpage (including to something within llresearch.org), please either:

a) provide a short description of the page in your own words
b) provide an excerpt of the material (one to three paragraphs) along with the link.

Doing this rather than posting a "blind link" prevents confusion and saves time for readers.

I know this is not done and not universally enforced. Hopefully a random request here and there helps serve as a friendly reminder.
