If this topic is of any interest to you at this time, I highly recommend this video. It's all about relationships, especially with our family of origen. The challenges and messiness that comes along with clearing things up. Let's face it, it's just a messy pile of divine s*** sometimes, yup.

I don't know if it's her, or me, perhaps the timing is just perfect for or maybe it's combination of all those things. It doesn't even matter. The experience of watching her, listening and just taking it all in with the awareness of my natural resistance to this topic had a profound emotional impact on me. Profound is not exactly a word I use very often but it was very insightful. And she's also very funny. Tip; don't miss out on the meditation at the end.

Honestly didn't think I would get into this, but the way she carried herself was pretty damn inspiring.
