Bruce Peret passed away this past Feb. He was involved with L/L Research back in the 1990's. He was very interested in the Reciprocal System endorsed by Ra as the theory for use on 4th density Earth.

Jim McCarthy and Gary Bean knew Bruce. Maybe they can share some thoughts.
