There is no difference.
A blue ray being in the 3rd density realm is a wanderer from 5th density.
A wanderer is an entity who has had previous incarnations in higher density that chose to reincarnate in a lower density.
A blue ray is one of the main energy centers, also known as the throat chakra. (A blue ray body is different).

A Blue-Ray. You mean a mind/body/spirit complex which is blue-ray activated?
A wanderer is a mind/body/spirit complex whose spirit is of a higher native vibration than the average of worldwide civilization. Definition from http://llresearch.org/wanderer.aspx "Some wanderers are ETs who have come from elsewhere to planet Earth for this incarnation or at this time. Many other wanderers are earth natives who have matured spiritually to the point of awakening to their metaphysical identity, thereby making the worldly identity less real, and creating the sense of being a stranger in a strange land."

Per this link - http://www.edgemagazine.net/2011/08/the-...es-cannon/ The 'first wave' resonates strongly with me. I should not be here.
