Studying secretsoftheufo (Awareness)

I have read this book and it says that you should seek awareness and that you can increase awareness very easily with seeking.
So my question is how to seek this awareness properly???How can you become more aware???
And i have also read that it should be a very simple lesson and I guess that anyone could learn it,even someone confused as I am

The intent is the cornerstone.  Your post is demonstrating very well your intent to further your awareness of all there is.  Now let it simply come to you, trust your intuition and follow the path it highlights within all little things of everyday life.
