    Destruction is an odd term. Even if you 'destroy' something else, you create something else through the 'destruction' and thus nothing is lost.

    The closest I see, to the idea of a balanced negative entity, would be an entity that has been both positive and negative and is with no great attachment to either state in its ability to jump back and forth. As other selves are self, the only way to polarize in a balanced manner on the negative path is by reverting polarity, the negative polarity is of itself a state of imbalance that can be explored.
