    Compared to a hypothetical space agency that is serious about exploring space and not having a Christmas Bell competition with its neighbouring alphabet soup organization for who gets the more money in the next quarterly budget.

    But hypothetical space agencies don't exist. They do not have real people nor actual responsibilities.

    Neither does hypotehtical states of existence outside of our own. Doesnt stop us from debating their finer points and how they might operate.

    Not sure where you are coming from. What hypothetical space agency are you using for comparison to say that NASA is doing a disastrous job?
