I'm curious how do they look like, I mean the 4th density beings and their technology.

Ra said that 4D beings look very similar to 3D and retain many of the same genetic characteristics. It is a light body vs. the chemical bodies we inhabit now, but I imagine a 4D human would still be recognizable to us as human.

Don said that Ra said that fourth-density entities do not look like us, but I couldn't find the quote he was referring to. Ra did say that fifth-density entities are more likely to look like us than are fourth-density entities because those of fifth density can change their appearance at will, while the processes of physical evolution continue to hold sway in fourth density. See 90.5 - 90.7

Only in here would we have to clarify that transition to 4thD from 3rdD involves a similar body to 3d human, with the caveat, that that is the starting assumption only if you previously HAD a 3d human body.

4th density space/time is very much physical, material and chemical, though less "material" and much more "lighter," if you can contemplate such a thing. Also, there are various "densities" of bodies in 4D depending on the evolutionary stage of the entity (i.e. early-4D is closer to 3D density of physicality, whereas late-4D is closer to the more "lighter" 5D bodies). However, the vehicular form (i.e. body) still retains, to certain extent, the bio-genetic biases from 3rd density, if you will. This "heritage" begins to gradually hold less sway as the entity approaches and graduates into 5th density of awareness.

If you find it easier, however, you may prefer to see the 3 lower/outer densities as more "material" and the 3 higher/inner ones as more "ethereal," and thus contemplate 4D as "in-between" these two to give you an idea in regards to appearance and general physiology/physicality.

Sex "splits" into the bi-sexual modes of sexual intercourse, energy transfer, creator-hood, service, and reproduction that you know, by mid/late-2D. This sexual dichotomy is then "fused" again into "hermaphroditic androgyny," for a lack of better term, by mid/late-6D.

This is perhaps more accurate than you imagine!

(Take into account, however, that the "human species" is a heavily manipulated product—having been genetically modified at various points in its past. Hadn't this been the case, the human entity would probably resemble its primate "derivative" more closely nowadays, like other more "normal," shall we say, 3D civilizations. There are still certain peoples on this planet, however—few as they may be—, who still retain much similarity to their 2nd density "proto-type.")

I think that as long as you are absorbing energy there will be an associated waste product, however, that can mean anything. Look at a tree for example, they produce oxygen as waste.

A few markers or evidence of 4th density being activated. In my opinion, will be in the plant growth. The season cycles will be different as well. Which in my opinion we are in the midst of. For awhile the planet will seem like it's dieng, and many species of animals and plants may die. Then out of nowhere life will come bursting forth, and if you think mother nature is vigorous now. You haven't seen anything.

In my personal opinion those 3d-4d bodies are activating, the 4d body. To really help heal, and steward. We all walk or grow towards 4th at all times, right now. In my opinion it's like a gauntlet run. The catalyst/pressure keeps rising, and if you can hang in there and grow. When the smoke clears you will be in 4th. Now the paths are not linear.
