    Hiya people, me again.

I just watched this video about evolution as 2012 and the harvest mentions quite alot about our evolution, and the apparant changes in DNA.

The video contains alot of profound experements, and diagrams and it is really explanitory of itself.

The bits I found most interesting is the incredible increase of of evolution in the most recent times. And also the spread of certain genes, seem to have a singular starting point. As if maybe to have an artificial inception, with the knowledge of that gene spreading around the world, in time enough for instance, Taking the HIV/AIDS gene example. It is said that it will become rather abundant in Africa in roughly 100 years. Seeming 100 years from now the AIDS outbreak in africa could be quite bad. With it striking people of fertile age, the population of africa truely is hanging. "Lucky"? this gene has been spreading for the last 2000 years to reach africa almost in the nick of time?

    So what do you think?
How important is the study of genetics towards LOO for you?

I guess the question is are we evolving as a species?

I think that we as Earth dwellers are "blessed" to be here during these times of the planet's transformation. I put quotes in there because some of us are getting more stress than they can handle and thus freak out and do harm to others or themselves. Of course, even that is catalysis to those so involved.

Ra said that all fragments of the One gain experience and move ever upward through the octave(s), so my answer is Yes.

Yeah i think we are still evolving. The whole concept of dual activated people basically explains that.

I don't like to see it in such linear terms. Life doesn't move in one direction, theres a return too, I believe there ought to be as many people 'devolving' as there evolving. Thats the beauty of our cyclical existence.

I didn't know Halloween was of Atlantean origin, very interesting. I'd love to come hang out in the chatroom for a discussion if I am free one of those nights. Smile

I think I've evolved somewhat. But I can still get angry. Though not as easily as some others I know.

Evolution is a process that never ends, stagnance of thought hinders it.

Evolution is inevitable for all things. I say this because the one constant in this existence is change. It is evident on every level from processes such as rust to expansion of the universe to the inherent desire of humans to better themselves in some way. It seems to be an imperative. It is like a current that one cannot stop or get out of. Perhaps there are other universes that don't evolve. But stagnant waters become toxic.
