My understanding at the moment …

1. Our Spirit, at the end of our physical life, continues life in what’s been called the “life-between-lives.” In that domain (the astral inner plane?) I believe we have our life review and find where we go next: perhaps graduation to the 4th density; or plan out the lessons we need to learn to work off karma, and reincarnate once more in 3rd density on Earth or some other similar planet.
   
2. While in this life-between-lives domain, I think our Spirit is like Ra, but not at his 6th density level. We don’t have a physical body, and won’t have one until we reincarnate. Ra, on the other hand, could materialize in physical form on Earth (6.7, 23.6).
   
3. Ra could travel by thought (Venus→Earth, 6.5). They also traveled using crystals and a bell-shaped craft 18- and 11-thousand years ago (6.21-22).
   
4. Those of Orion and of the Confederation (Ra) both use interplanetary craft (53.9).
   
5. Various Earth civilizations were visited by the Confederation and by others. These visits were believed to be contacts by gods, around whom religions were started, most of which failed to recognize the One Infinite Creator.

1. What plane/level does regression hypnotist speak to?
   
2. What’s the “life-between-lives” domain called? [The inner planes, which includes astral, devachanic, and etheric levels. Includes guides, teachers, and in lower levels, thought-form entities. (17.36-38) Our Spirit would be in which inner plane though? ]
   
3. Our Spirit is in the same inner plane as Ra? … different level though.
   
4. Are the visiting so-called extraterrestrials (ETs) now here on Earth physical entities from advanced (3rd Density) civilizations? Or are they like Orion, Confederation, and other higher discarnate entities? Or all of the above?
   
5. Is there a war going on between advanced entities? [Thought battles between 4th-density Confederation and Orion on planes above our own. (25.4-10)]
   
6. What are the “evil spirits” that Jesus cast from the afflicted? Where do they fit in?

Regression hypnotist talk to the consciousness of the person who then access the non wakeful mind or people often refer as the sub-conscious mind.

What’s the “life-between-lives” domain called?

Called by many names, and it's not 1 but available in varying many-ness.
The 'domain' is multi layered and which 'domain' that the consciousness focuses on vary depending on the context.

Among those 'many domain', there's one refered as Time/Space by Ra.
The domain where "incarnation session evaluation" happaned.

Our Spirit is in the same inner plane as Ra?

As Ra mentioned brilliantly in his definition of Law of One, everything is actually you, what exist are 'virtual identity'.
This inline with Yogic definition of multiple layers of "Virtual Sheathing" (Maya Kosha).

At the root level, it's just one infinite consciousness.
At that level then you is me, me is you, you is Ra, Ra is you, you are earth, you are river etc..
As what constitute, you, me, others are defined by the "Virtual Sheathing".

Conflict is happening in 2nd (between animals), 3rd (an example might be today's human), 4th and 5th? (not sure about 5th)

You mean the entity being refered in Mark 5?
A group who refer to themselves as “My name is Legion; for we are many.”

It can be categorized as "Social Memory Complex", which might be at 4th/5th negative SMC or "Service To Self" SMC.

And as a side note, I have an acquaintance who are interacting with this entity who referred to themselves as "Legion" as mentioned in the Jesus story. "Legion" has been helping him 'fighting' other 'negative entities' and according to him, "Legion" has become bored of siding with the 'negative side' and experiencing or inflicting negative emotions (fear, hatred etc..) and now has start evolving towards "the positive" (love, compassion), but his way of 'evolving' is through fighting other negative entities who are inflicting negative emotions towards 3rd density being such as human. Thus the dynamic between STS and STO is not that clear cut simple, it can be quite complicated with many twist and turn.

And as for "travelling by thought" it can be done by you as well!
The "thought" does not 'travel', it simply refocus on the context of space and time.

The similitude will be 'travelling' from certain point in Google Map to another point on Google Map on your mobile device.
You or your mobile device do not 'travel' anywhere isn't it?
You simply refocus from one point to another inside Google Map.

Seek "Out Of Body Experience" / "Astral Projection" to learn how to do it.
Many people has experienced "Travelling by thought" in one form or another, especially during their sleep.

Here's an example of a person named "Rick" who retell about his experience projecting his astral body to visit the home planet of the Grays and interacting with them.

His method of "Astral Projecting" is through sleep.
Some others are through meditation and some others are capable of instantly astral projecting while also fully awake.

All very good questions, however, is it necessary to know things that do not apply to our current circumstances. We are experiencing this density at the moment and no other except for maybe when we dream or meditate. I ponder about such things as well but then I bring myself back to my current understanding. I am here for a reason. That reason has nothing to do with what is happening outside of my current experience.

Yes, the questions are perhaps beyond my reason for being here, but it is important to me simply because it does help me integrate all the things I learn into a meaningful cosmology. Putting out the Forum questions I posed, however, did go a long way toward that end.
