In speaking about emotion, there are semantic difficulties. Emotion has been systematically undervalued among your peoples for a great span of your experience, much to the detriment of the whole and unified self which seeks to manifest through third density illusion the love and the light of the one infinite Creator. What passes for emotion among many are not so much feelings as basic instincts such as reproduction, companionship and practicality. The role of emotions, while idealized within your culture, is in fact a false role, in that emotions do not serve the function which they are capable of serving.

 
Naturally, the intended topic of this paragraph is also an interesting one, but for the purposes of this post, I would focus upon the the reason given for why we're here struggling in 3D.  I happen to believe this, that our Whole Self projects us here to enjoy the artistic experience of manifesting the Creator's Love and Light through the medium of third density.  It's not an easy assignment, to be sure, but a noble one when viewed in these terms, I would aver.  Is it a legitimate reason to cause a projected self be born, to live a brief span and to die, over and over again?  I would say "yes," but only to the extent that a being is truly engaged in a resonant way with that artistic endeavor and not living and loving artificially.

I often wonder if that was the original intent. The reason the logos set the parameters for a more difficult version of the illusion in so much that those that could see passed societal norms and superficial standards, would be those that would not only graduated but possibly be deemed worthy to graduate into a higher sub-octave of 4th density. Of course that's all conjecture at this point.

And what if you're wrong, amigo?  What if they are magical portals, only you haven't found your way into them yet?

As far as different densities go, the you which lived in 1D is not the same you that lived in 4D.  The you which lived you in a previous lifetime is not the same exact you as you think you are right now, is it?  No.  They are all variations of the Creator's love and light.  Or could they be something else?

I think taking antidepressants is far more harmful than these practices. No amount of fluoxetine (prozac) which contains dangerous levels of sodium fluoride is going to uncork your heart center.

My understanding of sahaja yoga is that it involves awakening kundalini.... that is primarily what i was referring to, apologies if that wasn't clear... there are precautions one might want to consider taking before engaging in the awakening of K.... that is where my stern tone comes from. you literally mentioned raising energy from the root upwards.....

regarding the antidepressants. it works for some people. its not a solution, but it helps peeps get on their feet if theyre down in the mud and need a little help. personally, i take an atypical antidepressant and it has been beneficial for me...

everyone is different. things that work/dont work for you might not work/work for others.... we each experience this "thing" differently

Separate?  Interwoven?  For me, it's more useful to say that they appear to be separate--or interwoven--until you realize you can see right through them into everything else, which is likewise transparent.  The point I was getting at is this: if you are also a talking mirage, then you do not progress, you merely express until you expend your energy.  At that point you are done, like as a completed incarnation.  The important question, I would suggest, is how distorted or how resonant with the Creator were your energetic expressions?  I'm just saying that I find that a useful guideline.

Because we live in a system that tells us that life is about fulfilling any function chosen to earn money and survive. So, we are afraid to live. Many don't even have time to live.

We also fight because the media and entertainment encourage us to be distracted or to feed those blocks that keep us fighting something. How many movie characters called heroes don't have a huge ego? Low emotions are always stimulated and encouraged to manifest.

In the end, we struggle because we don't see beyond this matrix that tries to tell us how and why to live.

I believe that instead of fighting, we should let our guard down and accept this dimension, this body, these limitations and suffering. This is the way to the heart, accept what is offered and then transmute that negativity into love.

In one of the most recent videos on A.R.E.'s official page is John Van Auken describing the Secret Of the Golden Flower a secret Taoist text, but in my opinion not a very complicated or meaningful text. I don't think it's more than about 150 pages long. I read it years ago. I'll tell you what it says. It's just the idea that at least for men, celibacy stores the seed in the body which the body then uses for regenerative purposes and it strengthens the spiritual heart. I'm just sharing what it said, not advocating anything. This correlates to what Shri Mataji says in her youtube videos about mooladahara, root chakra. She describes chastity. This process according to Secret of The Golden Flower creates an immortal 'diamond body' so somewhere in there you can see the correlation between the east asian word for diamond, the celibacy of Vajrayana buddhist monks, and shri matajis teachings. Diamonds, heart chakra. I don't know if this applies to couples. It's just the idea that the root only has the purpose of eliminating energy, instead of creating it unless it is used in a meaningful way. In her opinion sexuality, and tantric passion practices as a way to elevate kundalini energy were complete nonsense but nothing to get upset over. "outflowing energy" must be conserved. Google it, it's all poetry but the idea is very simple.

I had a conversation with a Christian recently in which I asked him what he thought God was, or if he knew what Hamsa meant because it has meanings in multiple religions. He didn't. And didn't want to discuss it. I asked why is it that Christians pray to Jesus, to me it seems a great many of them do indeed worship Jesus if they pray to him. Or do they pray to their pastors, they sure do focus their attention and wealth on their pastors, or Imams, or even some Hindu sects. Picture church people among statues of virgin mary. I told him I can't completely sense god in a blank wall or a dirt road. In sahaja meditation there is meditation on candle flames or great bodies of water. They are not worshiped, they are acknowledged as elemental forces that can be energized as vibratory bodies. I told the Christian maybe you'll see god in a concrete slab, but for me I'd rather gaze upon a ruby, or sunlight, some lodestones or lakes and focus my meditation on these energies because what it boils down to me is if someone says 'god' is formless or it is 'ra' then...are you sound the sound vibration is divine? You call it by a name. Ok, well you seem to certainly sense divinity in that sound vibration. How about we just call it absolutely nothing. You sense divinity in _____ absolutely nothing. I don't.

maybe I'm coming across as judgmental but there is more to reality than Ra material. It has the correct foundation but it is not a complete navigational compass. 4th density is just your heart. 7 is your crown, but there are levels even beyond the crown and hamsa. I'm trying to remember I think it is spelled viyala, the halo. It looks so much like kara to me.

Guru Nanak the founder of Sikh religion was the 9th primordial master in Sahaja meditation. He understood the concepts very accurately. In the same way I'm not a christian, muslim, zoroastrian, confucian, or follower of Ra, I still see the meaning in their symbols such as kara. why limit yourself to 9 densities there are said to be at least 4 more. I don't understand all of them yet. Navaratna is not complete, but what I do see as having a potential correspondence is of how there is a temple directly north of Eilat in Israel known as the temple mount and it is one of the most holy sites in the eyes of Jews, Muslims, and Christians. And although the true arrangement and particular stones of the breastplate of the high priest is lost to history, I see a vague correlation between it and the Navaratna

considering the first stone is red, the second sounds quite like pearl, the third is emerald. then another red as coral? seems similar, but yet again their arrangement is usually something akin to a ruby in the middle and the other stones surrounding like a solar system even though technically it is not nine planets. its 6 planets, and 3 positions of the moom.

1.  I'm attempting to vibrate as close as I can to the Creator's vibration in 3D.  I'm attempting to share love and light.

2.  I don't wish to be repetitive, but you are not grounded in "reality."  From what you type, you are clearly grounded in your own illusion.  All you describe will pass away.  It is a reflection in your personal, temporal mirror.  Reality appears on the Earth plane but has its roots "in heaven."  Put another way, Guru Nanak in his poetry spoke about hearing the "unstruck sound," i.e., anahata, the essence of the heart.  Therein lies a reality which is far more substantial than your rambling musings.  Yes, it's protected from the casual visitor, but that takes nothing away from its beatific radiant "reality."  The artist discerns resonant love from mere speech.

Ra: I am Ra. This is in part correct. By the end of the second cycle, the Law of Responsibility had begun to be effectuated by the increasing ability of entities to grasp those lessons which there are to be learned in this density. Thus, entities had discovered many ways to indicate a bellicose nature, not only as tribes or what you call nations but in personal relationships, each with the other, the concept of barter having given way in many cases to the concept of money; also, the concept of ownership having won ascendancy over the concept of non-ownership on an individual or group basis.

Each entity then was offered many more subtle ways of demonstrating either service towards others or service to self with the distortion of the manipulation of others. As each lesson was understood, those lessons of sharing, of giving, of receiving in free gratitude— each lesson could be rejected in practice.

Without demonstrating the fruits of such learn/teaching the life span became greatly reduced, for the ways of honor/duty were not being accepted.

Our current life span just isn't sufficient to make use of evolution of consciousness in my opinion, for most 3D entities. If you observe the average person here, or society, the denial everyone is experiencing is great. I don't think there is enough time to process this environment, whatever childhood was experienced, getting to know the self away from that childhood, and forging one's own path in life, to then effectively DO something as most have gotten to old and debilitated to DO. So it seems to me to be not only inefficient but wasteful, just living short lives, bouncing out, back in, and not really getting anywhere much.

That said, it is a privilege to be here on this beautiful planet with its richness of experience.

atoms interweave-- or unwind connectivity. All atoms vibrate, nothing stands still so they are in one of these two states.

There are negative and positive reverberations humans are subjected to by illuminating or shadowing forces.

That is just the property of light like how dark objects absorb heat and light ones refract the energy.
