I believe they are Love, Compassion and Gratitude.
Monks like to do compassion meditations. Their brainwaves register in the gamma spectrum.
Love is the source of all that is. It is the source of intelligent energy.
Gratitude raises your vibration like no other.
From these you will find Joy and Bliss, and that everything is sacred.
If you do not know what you are supposed to do, these three things are a good start, that will hopefully open more doors.
