While I'm still new, all of the good advice I've received has had a positive effect and I wish to relay the experience.

After the last time posting here, I went back to the previous forum that contained all of the negative trolls and looked at their abuse in a new perspective - not so much what they were saying as the reasons for them saying it. For them, insults and verbal abuse isn't personal. It's what they do to get attention due to their own abuse/neglect.

This was a huge revelation to me. I responded to them with love and they don't know how to handle that.

Thank you thank you thank you so much, all of you. It's only the first step in a long journey, but I'm sitting here smiling like the Cheshire cat.

    One other thing -

Since this revelation my balance has been a little better and I'm not as wobbly as I was yesterday. I've also cared for myself by eating for the first time in a few days and am currently rehydrating. Feels really good. I didn't realize how dry and hungry I was.

    Hi, Aaron.

I was on Craigslist in the Spirituality forum.

    Heart

I was feeling great until I went to bed and slept for a few hours. Woke up and am still at a pain level of about 8.5 with no pain meds (don't believe in them) and made the bad decision to go to that chatroom. Freckles the Wonder Horse was there having extensive conversations with his alternate nicknames and I'm afraid I snapped at him. He's a classic pathological sociopath. Absolutely maddening.

I'll be better tomorrow. Just need to immerse myself in light and not let him drag me down into the quicksand of his mind.
