If the Moon Were Only 1 Pixel - A tediously accurate map of the solar system - Steppingfeet - 07-02-2014 You read about the difficulty of attempting to convey the actual scale of the solar system, but I've never seen an illustration or representation that really does it justice, until this: http://joshworth.com/dev/pixelspace/pixelspace_solarsystem.html?a Scroll slowly in between planets. Not only to read the text, but to help it sink in just how far apart these tiny bodies are, and how much nothingness there is in between. RE: If the Moon Were Only 1 Pixel - A tediously accurate map of the solar system - AnthroHeart - 07-02-2014 I can't imagine inter-stellar distances. Or even inter-galactic. Or inter-super-cluster distance. The distance between superclusters of galaxies. Yeah, attempting to grasp the distance between the planets of our own local Logoic system is difficult for our Earth-wired minds, much less distances between stars, and more so between galaxies. A seeming Great Emptiness. Or as Ra would say, plenum. RE: If the Moon Were Only 1 Pixel - A tediously accurate map of the solar system - AnthroHeart - 07-02-2014 There's a lot of room for new stars. Enough room for everyone (in all densities) to be able to create their own star, if they could. He also explained the confusion between solar systems, star systems and galaxies in the Ra Material. Quote:The Ra Material 16.35: http://www.conscioushugs.com/daniel-papers/ Very interesting stuff especially if you are into astronomy. RE: If the Moon Were Only 1 Pixel - A tediously accurate map of the solar system - BrownEye - 07-04-2014 The way I understand it, by the time we are "ready" for extended travel, we have become truly interdimensional. Connecting point A to point B instead of traveling from point A to point B. He describes the side effects of the "lens" surrounding the earth. People get bent out of shape when you tell them you would freeze on the surface of the sun rather than burn. Trying to explain the lens causing a focus of energy similar to a magnifying glass on ants is usually met with blank stares.
