Orange: Become
Yellow: Endure
Green: Appreciate
Blue: Do
Indigo: Change
Violet: Unify/Complete
All: Acceptance/Rejection
I find this helpful and motivational. I am considering hanging something like this on my wall. I share this in case somebody else would resonate with this. Please note this is only based on my belief/understanding. Please use your discernment.

I would say those are functional. I would approach these in terms of motions more than as "actions".
For me it would be:
Red - Be
Orange - Want
Yellow - Will
Green - Accept
Blue - Do
Indigo - Develop
Violet - Experience

I think a basic description of 7 rays doesn't capture the full complexity of the each ray, but here's my list though I haven't distilled it down into pure actions, so it's a combination of beingness-actions. It's a work in progress.
Red:
Loving being alive.
Orange:
Loving yourself as an incarnate being.
Loving your sexuality.
Loving your past.
Yellow:
Loving your non-personal relationships to others (relationships to groups or associations)
Loving your future.
Loving your ability to manifest your will.
Green:
Loving others unconditionally.
Loving others' exercise of free will.
Loving your present.
Blue (serious work in progress):
Loving communication.
Loving truth and honesty.
Loving wisdom (not sure if here or indigo).
Indigo (serious work in progress):
Loving yourself as an infinite being - as the Creator.
Loving wisdom (not sure as above).
Violet (serious work in progress):
Loving Unity.
