does anyone have any insight on these peoples? they are not the 'Lemurians'.

Their art was far more advanced than present day works because of its ability to transmit data at many different levels of perception. Using sound technology they also bore deep into the earth where they built their cities. They were as proud of their achievement at exploration of the earths "below surface" world as our modern civilization is about our ability to explore "outer" space. Eventually, this highly evolved race "cycled on" to higher dimensions, although many still reincarnate on the earth plane for "personal" reasons.

The way I understood the stuff about the Luminians' language or so called 'telepathy' in Seth Speaks was that in their understanding sight and sound were tied together so that a spoken conversation was often enjoyed with eyes closed in order to enjoy the sights that directly resulted from spoken language in the mind of the listener. A sort of synesthesia where sound was automatically accompanied with a visual equivalent and vice versa which allowed them to process sensory data much more efficiently.
The part that I find interesting is that Seth mentions that the Luminians decorated their tunnels with art which would evoke in our Luminian viewer auditory information based on the shape and design. Seth goes on to talk about how people later discovered the caves and the art and were inspired by it and went on to do their own cave painting. I wonder if he is talking about the cave paintings at places like Chauvet and Cave of El Castillo, which are dated at 30-40,000 years old, which is close to the time Ra gives for the beginning of the Atlantean civilization which Ra dates at around 31,000 years ago.
In any case I don't think that I would say that the Luminians were advanced since, though they achieved a peaceful civilization, they did it by altering and limiting their free will, by denying themselves the ability to feel any form of aggression. As Seth says the Luminians even realized that their civilization was a failed experiment and they didn't last long since they had no ability to to channel aggression and as a consequence would spend their time in their caves terrified of the outside world with the brave few monitoring the tribes nearby and keeping a check on their progress from mountain outposts.
The other interesting part of that for me was that Seth claims that it was these late Luminians who started worshiping Yahweh, projecting onto him that which they were not, making him strong and powerful and able to stand up where they couldn't. Apparently their intent was so strong that the idea of a cruel god who watched over a chosen people became ingrained in the planetary consciousness.

The earliest Atlanteans are described by Cayce as being thought projections and having a physical being in which both sexes, male and female, were present in the same 'body'. Unfortunately, however, corruption from the pure, virginal, ways of the Spirit/God soon cast a heavy cloud upon the earth.
These Atlantean thought-form 'beings' - projecting 'vibrations' of pure white light and energy - gradually began to take on a more material shape and density and began to engage upon acts of sheer self-indulgence. These physically-encased thought-form projections, through the passage of time, began to separate into two groups; those who followed the Laws of One and those that chose to follow the Sons of Belial.
Based on the 50,000 year date, it seems that Cayce was in fact talking about Muu.
