Something that I have been wondering since I got into the Law of One and seeking in general is this: why is the so much emphasis placed on the importance of activating/opening the pineal gland/third eye chakra by seekers?
It always seemed to me that the focus for graduation into 4th density is the activation of the heart, and whats more, the activation of the heart and throat will naturally open the third eye chakra. I've always been a little baffled by the way people will want to work on the 6th chakra as soon as possible, giving little consideration to the heart. I think it's important to note that the only way to open the 6th chakra without activating the heart and throat first is to power through from the 3rd chakra, which is not exactly in line with the service to others path, as it requires much distortion toward the seeking of power. There are distortions present which pollute this gland in the majority of the population. I believe that through the natural course of development you will be able to clear it simply as a clearing of a distortion. However as it is perceived to be the pinnacle of spiritual development for the lay population, those that are just learning about spirituality will immediately gravitate to the cleansing/opening of the third eye as the real goal.
It makes the whole fluoride debate even more interesting...

Yea I fully appreciate reading others evolution within their own experiences with higher chakra levels, attempting to obtain metaphysical powers, etc but I'm just not interested in doing so myself. My intuition tells me that I'm doing just fine Being where I am. I guess I'm more of a universal ground than an active radiator of metaphysical power in which case neither is better nor worse, just different yet the same
. I'm completely content working upon my yellow and green rays so that I can be that beacon to others who are so heavily asleep.

I wrote about it in this thread http://www.bring4th.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=6674&pid=116092#pid116092 how there's fascination with pineal and temporal lobes and less emphasis on frontal lobes. Kind of an imbalance. The frontal lobe function could potentially help ground whatever third-eye related experience one has.

The pineal gland can be activated through sound frequency, some can hear it crack/pop after a while. Also, the pineal will naturally decalcify when you work your orange-ray, learn to be more relaxed.

OT: The pineal gland has always been clad in mystery.. Mystery attracts speculation and all of a sudden it will have a million different things attributed to it. Personally, I think the potential power of this centre is quite tremendous.. Though, there are other energies that are at least as impressive. The pineal energy is an quite intense and unstable energy.. Nothing for the novice.

I agree. When I was expanding out of control, the frontal lobes helped put the brakes on the expansion.

because we are born into someone elses world, that says this or that is not possible
we want to see for ourselves what can be done
in bringing back the old knowledge, we anchor it for others, and reclaim ourselves and the mission, provided it's not all completely self serving lol

I remember when my 3rd eye felt dense like a black hole. It was hurting then, and I couldn't ground it.
