Repeating themes. - Phoenix - 05-13-2013 Hey, I hope you don't mind me pointing you to my blog. I did a blog and thought I'd ask others of their experiences as well! http://www.bring4th.org/members.php?uid=277&catid=all Basically the question is; I got the idea from a quo reading to sit down and write the repeating experiences of my life, because it probably would have been programmed like that from my higher self in order to learn a lesson. What are your experiences? ![]() RE: Repeating themes. - Rake - 05-13-2013 Mine was bouts of depression, i depended on someone showing me love to feel loved. When i wasn't shown love i felt no love and hated myself. I struggled with who i was and why i was for along time. Every winter i would get down again and ruin anything good i had with someone who cared for me i wouldn't allow myself to be loved... pretty much in a yearly cycle. I knew it was happening i expected it to happen which ofcourse only meant it always would. I no longer look externally for love and thus the cycle is broken. Thank you Ra i have learnt so much. RE: Repeating themes. - AnthroHeart - 05-13-2013 What keeps coming up for me was the time I hurt my pet which is close to me. Getting back to work in a month is going to be difficult. That is if I can pass evaluation. RE: Repeating themes. - Plenum - 05-13-2013 yah Phoenix, I was just thinking about the nature of repetition yesterday. There were a few Ra quotes that came to mind. The general 'theme' behind them was that 'repetition' is only necessary to the degree that the lesson is still required, ie, that if you learn the lesson well and thoroughly, the 'repeating theme' need no longer be needed. citation begins: on knowing your own patterns, as you've identified in this thread: Quote:19.18 Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The further an entity has, what you would call, polarized, the more easily this entity may change polarity, for the more power and awareness the entity will have. on the nature of repetition when receiving contact from spiritual sources: Quote:60.27 Once this basic information is received it is not put into practice in the heart and in the life experience but instead rattles about within the mind complex distortions as would a building block which has lost its place and simply rolls from side to side uselessly, yet still the entity calls. Therefore, the same basic information is repeated. Ultimately the entity decides that it is weary of this repetitive information. However, if an entity puts into practice that which it is given, it will not find repetition except when needed. clues on 'repeating themes' in dreams Quote:86.7 In one who is blocked at two of the three lower energy centers dreaming will be of value in the polarization process in that there will be a repetition of those portions of recent catalyst as well as deeper-held blockages, thereby giving the waking mind clues as to the nature of these blockages and hints as to possible changes in perception which may lead to the unblocking. - - personally, I've found the 'repeating emotions' offer the best clues as what the exact nature of the 'repeating pattern' that happens to underlie it. this is in alignment with what anagogy wrote here yesterday: http://www.bring4th.org/forums/showthread.php?pid=122133#pid122133 peace RE: Repeating themes. - BrownEye - 05-13-2013 Quote:changes in perception which may lead to the unblocking. All blockages are based on belief patterns that are inconsonant with unity. ie change your mind (belief patterns), and clear you chakras. you can do this temporary by considering high-minded thoughts, working with positive material, but then your 'baseline' will return to default if the deeper 'belief patterns' have not been altered fundamentally. deep change = change of deep beliefs about self (usually beliefs instilled or accepted as a child, ie religious brainwashing as you have related) I had to really dig down deep to remove the beliefs I accepted about myself due to others 'rejecting' me for my race. I've explained that I grew up as one of the first asians in a fairly conservative, middle class white suburb. That belief that 'asian' was defective, weak, different, 'smelly' etc I took on board as me being 'damaged' or 'not good enough' to survive. basically a whole complex of lower triad blockages based on negative views of myself and who I was. Of course, these 'beliefs' are totally untrue and nonfounded, and so clearing them has lead to the more 'truthful' free flow of energy in those lower chakras. but the inner work and inquiry had to be done. But it can be done :d |
