Commanding the Field - AnthroHeart - 11-29-2012
The Field is sort of a misnomer as any change we make is affecting ourselves. We are the Universe. We are 3rd density. We are all densities. We're not just in them, we are them.
I find that I have a much easier time with balancing by issuing verbal commands. It's all about the intent. Some of my favorite commands to make when I feel things shifting:
"keep chakras balanced"
"increase love and compassion"
"transform my body with the light codes"
"move me toward where I ultimately want to be"
"focus the energy on my heart"
"process my fears with love and compassion"
I'm still developing the terminology for myself. But thought this might be useful to others. I'm keeping the energy focused on my heart, as that seems to make me the most balanced and grounded. It really helps if you have a good control of your thoughts.
When I issue these commands I feel a "thickening" of the energy for a few moments. I don't know what it's doing but I assume it's doing my intent.

That reminds me, I read that sounds can affect DNA and change it, and what is words other than a certain vibration / sound?
Spoken with the right intent behind them, they are powerful.

Funny, someone posted a comment: "Audio's a bit distorted for me.
"To me it sounds very relaxing and smooth. It seems that things that are smooth in my reality can be distorted to others.

Gemini, the person that posted the Youtube comment you mention was probably experiencing the distorted audio due to a technical glitch with the video, or a hardware or software issue with their computer.
