I used to love this when I was about 10 or so. Used to scare me too!
Some of the subjects in this episode.
Galactic Federation.
Teleportation.
Clones.
Telekenisis.
Crystals.
Pyramids of Egypt...etc..

lmao i watched so much stuff it would take hypnosis to recall them all.
Quantum Leap and X Files... Earth 2... Star Trek duh and basically everything that was on TV. Eerie Indiana was great. of course i watched Cartoon Network too. oh and Sweet Valley High and Saved By The Bell saturday mornings, and Captain Planet lol. He Man. of course the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Shredder was my favorite. and i think also Leonardo or Donatello. and the brain in the tummy.

Star Trek, Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone!!! Definitely had an effect on me.
(I won't bother listing the junk shows.)
When my son was little, I used Star Trek (Next Gen, Voyager) as his 'ethics' curriculum.

There were some awesome shows on when I was younger, at least, to me aha, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, Dragon Ball (Z), Samurai Pizza Cats, Captain Star, and so much more, and I've always been in to anime, such as Hellsing, Cowboy Bebop, Record of Lodoss Wars, Naruto (not the english version...)...

Anime changed so much over these years... when I was growing up, it was mostly historical tales or sports centered stories... now it's very much into something more 'magic' oriented and fantasy.

I was always a fan of Darkwing Duck and Looney Toons and stuff like that, and countless other things

The little I watched, to when they get inside the pyramid and face a projection. I found it refreshing!
Here are some of the openings of cartoons/anime I have seen as a child and have had an impact on some level. Added the intros because of different reason but.. beautiful and/or AWESOME! are words that would be adequate
(Many are German dubs)

We (my wife and daughter) are going to see the new Star Trek movie tonight (20.15).
Usually the cinema is too loud for my senses, a little uncomfortable, but we will see.
My daughter insists that we go - 'Into Darkness'.
Let's hope it's fun.

My first words were "Miller High Life" because there was singing a beer add on: "Miller high life tops for taste."
When my parents realized this, I think they stopped it.

I used to be crazy about Buffy and Angel. It was terrible. Buffy became AWFUL toward the end, from my perspective, but I just couldn't stop watching it.
Angel only got better though. And it was really funny.
I also liked any sci fi. The best star trek, though I watched them all, was Deep Space Nine. Because there were a lot of lonely characters.
Also. Stargate SG-1. Alias (re- watched that recently but it got stupid.) The 4400.
