Question~~~ Are their NEW souls being born all the time or are we all reincarnates?

Yes new souls are "born" all the time. Because the different viewpoints are infinite. Each time a new limitation of the viewpoint is manifested, a new soul is "born".

i feel that a lot of new souls are incarnating with red auras.
only trust the physical and no apt for anything other than what they can see and touch.
Spirit? Don't even mention it, they will shut you out.

Yes, but it's my understanding that such limitations are chosen before incarnation. They make it more difficult to awaken and so more rewarding if they succeed. Do not forget that our Higher-Self exists even before the first incarnation in 3d.

Well, in a sense there are no new souls because we have all always existed. Before we were organized into individuated personalities, we were either lower density consciousness, or simply in union with the One. And from another, broader, perspective we have never left the One. Its just a cosmic dream we are having. So, as you can see, a number of statements or descriptors are factual and accurate depending on what level you are viewing creation from. There are degrees of illusion.
What we call a "soul" is the One exploring a finite viewpoint in a illusory reality. So, if you want to think of it that way, there is only one soul and we all share it. These "finite viewpoints" are always being "organized". You could sort of think of that as "creation" though the word "organization" is more accurate. In other words, it's not a "something from nothing" type of situation. There is no nothingness from which to spring from, or dissolve into. There is only existence.
New vantage points are always being shaped, however, so there are some beings that haven't had prior lives, at least, not in the usual sense. In yet another sense, there is a sort of cosmic reincarnation that occurs from octave to octave, as the one intelligent infinity invests itself in another exploration of finity or manyness.

That totally depends on your definition/perspective on what a "soul" is. As with most things, semantics comes into play here. Thus, I may only offer my own personal interpretation/slant on this matter. Feel free to absolutely reject, dismiss or disagree with it.
This is my view: the soul is the mind/body/spirit complex totality/beingness/identity—or a particular focus of awareness (or field of consciousness, if you prefer) of the One Infinite Creator. The mind, body and spirit are all aspects of the soul. In this sense, your soul is truly the multi-dimensional being spreading itself and evolving through the seven vibratory spectra of the Creation.
In other words, the soul is the (id)entity. The soul is that singular and unique "I" perspective you offer to the One Infinite Creator in Its multifaceted experience of absolute unity and infinitude.
However, far from an individuated human incarnative identification, the soul is a collective unity or amalgam of all of its various incarnative and harvested experiences across densities red through violet.
And shall I dare say, no two souls are ever the same.
PS: This doesn't contradict what Patrick and anagogy have said. I agree with them too. However, I take this opportunity, once again, to emphasize this: most things in this 3rd-density come down to a matter of semantics; and words are just that, words.

I need to start thinking as one, old habits are truely hard to break.....I revert right back to my catholic ways even as Im reading TLOO material things creep back in and I start getting the 2 intertwined...hahaha!!
It would be so simple if I would just keep in mind ....IAM ONE WITH EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS ONE...most of my question end up with that answer!!
Need some serious reprogramming!!
