Photopic Sky Survey - Spectrum - 05-12-2011 Cool website I found: Photopic Sky Survey http://skysurvey.org/ Photopic Sky Survey Wrote: RE: Photopic Sky Survey - native - 05-13-2011 This is great. Especially the interactive image that puts you in the middle, giving depth. You really feel how infinite the universe it. RE: Photopic Sky Survey - Spectrum - 05-13-2011 And how small we are! I love playing in there. If you click the info button it gives more info + constellations, and there's also wiki links when you click on things and go read more about what you're looking at. RE: Photopic Sky Survey - Confused - 05-13-2011 That is very nice, Spectrum. Thank you for sharing this. In fact, the belt of Orion is clearly visible in the picture on the opening page. A French scientist called Robert Bauval reckons that the three great pyramids mirror the Orion belt on earth. Interesting thesis, I should say. I wouldn't know about the pyramids lining up with Orion (I remember seeing a documentary on that waaay back though), but I 'do' remember somewhere in the Ra material that their physical location was important in terms of 'energy pockets' on earth and earth's energy grid, or something to that effect.
