Hypnosis Transcription - Brittany - 02-13-2011

I finally transcribed the past life regression I had with a hypnotist recently. I'm not really sure what I think of it, but I thought it would be interesting.

Hypnotist: I want you to imagine, projected out in front of the fall, there is an enormous, high definition screen, somehow suspended in space, close to the waterfall but not in the waterfall, suspended in such a way that you can see the screen very clearly. Can you see that yet?

Me: Yes.

Hypnotist: As you focus your attention on the screen you will hear some water, but your attention will be more closely focused on the screen, and the screen IS a high definition screen, so anything you see will be very sharp, very clear, and easy to understand. Does that make sense to you?

Me: Yes.

Hypnotist: And so now, I want you to imagine that you have a control stick in your hand, and you have a device like a little computer screen that tells you when you push the device in certain directions, you either move forward, backward or sideways in space time. You move forward, backward, or sideways in space time. And now, I want you to imagine that what you are going to see on your screen will be from a former time in your experience. It will be a time of great interest to you and great energy, and I want you to see this appear on screen and move the control device so that it reflects your journey to that place. When you get to that place, you'll be able to say exactly where that is in space time. So you begin to see a place from your past and describe it.

Me: There's a lot of trees...there's a huge, white building. A lot of white buildings. I'm going down the street...There's people wearing robes, like, some of them are orange and I think some of them are white. It's hard to really see the people...they...it's like they're kind of transparent.

Hypnotist: Now look at the device and see where this indicates this is in space time.

Me: I see the location but I...I don't have a mind for the coordinates. It's...if you were on a football field and the earth was right in the middle, it would be up in the right bleachers. If the universe was a football stadium and we were in the middle, it would go up into the bleachers to about a third of the way up...that would be distance, I think.

Hypnotist: As you do this, I want you to breathe four more times very deeply, and feel yourself relaxing more profoundly, letting all the tension out of your body, holding the image in mind that you talked to me about and...refocusing your attention now on the sensation of what it is like to be in that place, and to see if you can get any sense of the people- what they do, and what they mean to you.

Me: There's...I think we're going to the temple. I think...I think I'm...it's a little city by the temple inside a mountain...there's people there that are going...I really want to go. I...I have to decide if that's what I want to do...I have to...I have to let them know that's what I want to do. And...there's a man and he's wearing red and it's...he has, like, a shaved head. The...the people...they can...I think they can look like anything. They...it's like they change. He...he looks like a man, and I'm...I'm following him and he...it feels like he's very encouraging...and that makes me really happy, that he thinks what I'm doing is a good idea, because I...what I want to do that I wasn't sure...and I think some people thought I might not be good at it. I think...I'm going somewhere. I think I'm gonna go somewhere. And this...this is the first thing you have to do to be able to go...you have to...let them you know that's what you want to do...and I...tonight I'm gonna let them know what I want to do.

Hypnotist: Well, these beings...this person...is he ancient? Contemporary? What do you feel about him?

Me: Very, very old. He's...I would be like a novice, he would be like...the yogi or the master...he's not the oldest, I don't think...I don't think he's got up in the highest levels yet, but he's...he's like a teacher. That's like...the colors, I think. That's what the colors of the clothes are...different colors mean different things.

Hypnotist: Talk about the colors...what do you see?

Me: He's wearing red, and that's his...that's his...color. You can look at the people and what color they're wearing and you know they can help you with different things. he's...like I can't think of a word for it...like....a guide...that's...what he does. He helps initiate people...he...he helps them walk the path until they can do it on their own. And some of them...are yellow. I think. I'm not sure what the yellow means.

Hypnotist: Does he feel like he belongs to this earth?

Me: No.

Hypnotist: If you approach him, can you ask him a question?

Me: Yes.

Hypnotist: So approach him and ask him where does he come from originally.

Me: He says we all come from the Creator. He says...that I....he knows I want to know the name of the planet...it's Almothera...it starts with an A...it sounds...it sounds kind of like that.

Hypnotist: Would you say he's, compared with you, tall?

Me: He's taller than I am. He's...they're taller than us, I think. They're a little bit taller than us.

Hypnotist: Do you feel that he has a lot of compassion and kindness?

Me: Yes.

Hypnotist: Does he appear to have an understanding of you?

Me: Yes.

Hypnotist: What do you think he will do connected to you that you have not done before?

Me: He'll take me to the temple. He'll help me cut the tie...there's...there's like a thing that you...i think it's symbolic, but...an initiation type thing, I think. You...he helps me with that. He was a teacher, I think. Advisor, maybe?

Hypnotist: Can you ask him to show you the state of his regular being, and where that is in visual terms?

Me: He's...like really hard to explain. He...there's a light on the inside...he...like he's a light on the inside. Bright light. I think they don't usually look like that...cause not everybody there looks like that...and they might not know what to think about it, but...it's bright and...like, he's made out of light. And there's...sort of this transparent shell, I guess...this body...he can look like however he wants to look, I think.

Hypnotist: Do you still feel he is transparent?

Me: Yeah.

Hypnotist: Can you sense any gender difference between these beings?

Me: Yeah. I think...some of them...I don't think he's old enough to not have a gender yet...I don't think he's that old yet...if he...there's some of the...the ones up in the bigger levels, they don't have genders, I think.

Hypnotist: How much extra detail are you now aware of, surrounding you?

Me: I see we're on some stairs. There's a forest all around the stairs that go way up...a temple up there...I think the ships are in the temple,...I don't think...I don't think I'm supposed to know about those...they're up there...but I...I think you can see them flying around all the time, so I don't know why don't want me to know they're up there. It has a stairs, it's about four or five feet across and it just goes up to the mountain. I see a lot of trees. The leaves are REALLY, REALLY green...like, greener than green.

Hypnotist: Intensely green, is what you might say?

Me: Yeah.

Hypnotist: When you're in his presence, what happens to your body from the neck down to the waist? How do you feel?

Me: Could you ask that again?

Hypnotist: When you're talking with him or communing with him, how does your physical body from your neck to your waist feel?

Me: Let me check...It feels light looks. Like the...the senses are...there's no distinguishing between senses...it feels the way light looks. It feels like light.

Hypnotist: Very good.

This was the last part before the hypnotist began bringing me back out of hypnosis.

Thanks for sharing this. I don't feel qualified to comment, but it was interesting. I look forward to what others say.

What was regression process like? How did you feel while it was happening? Have you come up with anything else since this session? Did these people resemble Earth humans? Were you able to take anything from this that helped you on your spiritual path?

What color was your robe? :p

Thank you for sharing this experience with us.

Do you think you could have done it on your own by self hypnosis?

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Eddie - 02-13-2011

Have you ever read Carla's regression? It's a lot like yours.

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Ens Entium - 02-13-2011

Hi, thanks for sharing. Smile

Do you feel the session was too guided?

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Brittany - 02-13-2011

Hello, all.

The thing I didn't like about this session was that I never felt I was in an actual state of hypnosis. I'm not sure how it's *supposed* to feel, but I was much more awake and aware than I'd expected to be. I was very relaxed, but I was still aware enough to project thoughts and imagine things...I've always been able to easily visualize entire environments, and part of me wonders if I was just making it up as I went along. The hypnotist was creepy, and I never felt entirely comfortable in his presence, plus the rooms outside his office were noisy. The phone started ringing at one point and it made it very hard to concentrate. Still, I thought what came out was worth consideration, and if anything it's just interesting.

At no point was I really guided to look at myself, so I'm not really sure what I looked like, what color my robes were, etc. I feel like there were a lot of areas I would have liked to touch on that the hypnotist ignored completely. Overall, I think I'd have better luck with doing it on my own. I've produced plenty of vivid images simply by meditating...I was mostly just curious as to what hypnosis was like. At this point, I'm not sure I even can be fully hypnotized. I know for some people it just doesn't work.

One thing I DO remember was that there WAS a man who was a sensei figure to me. At times I found his complete objectivity alarming, I think. From what I remember, he seemed incapable of judgment. He was completely unbiased and loved so indiscriminately...truly someone I would want to emulate.

thanks for posting the transcription. that was great.
my money is on you actually being hypnotized. even if the opposite is true, you're a gifted storyteller. a win either way.
I'm truly intrigued about the cord. Can you remember anything further about it?
I really want to read Carla's regression now, thanks for the tip Eddie. I'm sure i'll find it soon.

That's why i asked if you thought it was too guided.

I would guess that this is more intuition than digging stuff out from an hypnotic trance. The hypnosis seems to have allowed your intuition to penetrate more deeply. Which is an interesting thought for doing this kinda thing outside hypnosis.

If you have any other experiences or ways of regressions, please do let us know.
Thanks again for sharing..

I don't know what the heck "the cord" was supposed to mean. Even when I was talking about it, I didn't seem to really understand. My guess is it was either some symbolic dedication of will or some actual exercise that was supposed to prepare one for "going somewhere." Perhaps the body had to be altered or something like that?

A friend has given me a recording that is supposed to help you do regressions by yourself...we'll see what happens.

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Crown - 02-14-2011

I got a hold of past life regression by Dick Sutphen. I might give a try soon. I heard him and many others say that everyone feels that they made it all up. Its a natural feeling you get after a past life regression.

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Brittany - 02-14-2011

I think that is the same guy I just came upon. Just haven't had time to listen to the recording yet.

RE: Hypnosis Transcription - Bring4th_Austin - 02-14-2011

Thanks for sharing all of this. Past life regression is an aspect of the New Age movement I've yet to dive into. When I started my stint into all this metaphysical and spiritual material, I felt such a strong curiosity about my past lives. This prompted me to ask my own guides (once there was an open line of communication) and even a channel about my past lives, and I've been advised by ALL to contemplate the fact that there is a reason we don't have inherent memory of our past lives. I was able to confirm that I'm not a "new wanderer," but outside of that it's still a complete mystery to me, and tempering this immense curiosity with wisdom has been a great exercise for me!

I feel I'm close to being ready to walk down the past life regression road, and sharing this type of information gives me plenty to contemplate and meditate on, so again, THANK YOU Smile.
