The Lightworker's Path -- Personal Story - LeafieGreens - 04-09-2021

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a bit more about my story because I am still having incredible synchronicities and the path of my life now makes much more sense.

I am originally from Illinois, Chicago area. I was born and raised there. Shortly after my wife and I got married, her grandfather in Phoenix, Arizona was tragically hit by a car and passed on. He was 87. He also had willed his little house to my wife's mother. So then my wife's mother not only had to deal with the death of her father, but also now she had the burden of this property nearly two thousand miles away. So then my wife's parents asked if my wife and I would be willing to head down to Arizona to take care of the property. We would get free rent and would just have to cover utilities.

My wife and I were just married and had the whole world open to us. I wasn't working at the time and my wife's job is 100% remote, so there was nothing holding us back. So off we went to Phoenix! I left all my family behind in the midwest and we packed up our stuff and 2 cats and headed down. This was in 2015.

The area where my wife's grandfather lived was not a good neighborhood. This was in north Phoenix, the neighborhood was called Sunnyslope. I then learned that it had a reputation for being a high crime area full of crystal meth addicts and homelessness. I wasn't in my safe upper middle-class Chicago suburb anymore. I remember there were constantly people walking around outside all day and night. The alley behind our house was full of discarded needles and trash everywhere. It was like no one bothered cleaning anything up because no one cared about this area of town.

In the first few days after we had moved, you could feel the heaviness of the house, of the neighborhood. In the first week in the house there was an incredible monsoon thunderstorm and as my wife and I were both looking out the back window of the house, the wind ripped a huge branch off of this giant mesquite tree, severing our powerline. It was such an intense release of energy and it happened right when my wife and I were watching.

So we slowly worked on the house. My wife's grandfather was also a bit of a tinkerer / hoarder, so there were little rusty trinkets and gadgets everywhere. We had to haul more than one truckload of junk metal off to the dump. I remember having to chase weirdos out of our yard a few times too in the beginning. We were calling the police a lot and they would only send an actual patrol out to our neighborhood rarely. We could tell we were living in an underserved area of Phoenix.

Meanwhile, we have a black cat who was used to going outside in Illinois. Despite our worries, he was determined to go outside in Phoenix. This caused me incredible amounts of worry and anxiety, because I had a black cat as a child who was also an indoor/outdoor cat who was run over when I was in first grade.

Because of my worry I would constantly bless my cat every time he went out. I would visualize a golden globe of protection, love, and light surrounding him whenever he went out. I would even invoke angels to protect him - I'd call on Michael, Gabriel, even Mormon angels like Moroni (I only knew that one from the musical "Book of Mormon"). So he would go out and have his adventures poking around the neighborhood, sometimes coming back all beat up from a fight with another cat. One time he went missing for a few days, but he always came back. I am glad to say he is still alive and well and is approaching his 11th birthday. He now only goes out on a harness and is happy to stay inside most of the time.

So over the course of five years our neighborhood began to improve. We made a point to complain about the trash and needles in our alley and finally the city got involved and we had a community cleanup weekend with our neighbors and everyone vowed to try to keep the alley cleaner. We also agreed to keep in touch with one another and have a better community -- to call the police more often when there is blatant drug activity going on.

After about five years the neighborhood has been greatly improved. They built a drug treatment clinic in our neighborhood and there were much less unsavory people wandering around. The city is also planning on extending the light rail up to that neighborhood too.

And then just like that, we decided to move to Washington. My wife's parents were finally able to relocate and now they live in Arizona. We moved up here to Washington in 2020 just in time for my awakening in 2021, and here I am.

It was only afterward, talking to my intuitive friend, that she pointed out that I did my job of helping to clear a lot of darkness in that area of Phoenix. Blessing my black cat and letting him out with that angelic energy around him also helped clear a lot of the darkness in Phoenix. I had previously felt like I had wasted my life, living for five years down in Phoenix.

But I can see now that I was right where I needed to be.

This is just one story. I have only begun to understand that my black cat is far more than a black cat. I am trying to learn his soul name now, but so far he hasn't told me.

Love and light to you all as we continue our journeys of self-discovery. Thank you for letting me share this little history about myself.

I like this story. I think your friend was right, sounds like you did your job clearing the negative energy from the area and then it was time to move on. I believe a lot of wanderers/lightworkers/whatever-you-wanna-call-them are doing this kind of work without even realizing it.

Yes, you passed that quiz/test quite well at the time.

"even Mormon angels like Moroni (I only knew that one from the musical "Book of Mormon")"

Heh, I know of him.

Quote:1 Now I, Moroni, write somewhat as seemeth me good; and I write unto my brethren, the aLamanites; and I would that they should know that more than bfour hundred and twenty years have passed away since the sign was given of the coming of Christ.

2 And I aseal up bthese records, after I have spoken a few words by way of exhortation unto you.

3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how amerciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and bponder it in your chearts.

4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would aask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not btrue; and if ye shall ask with a csincere heart, with dreal intent, having efaith in Christ, he will fmanifest the gtruth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.

5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may aknow the btruth of all things.

6 And whatsoever thing is good is just and true; wherefore, nothing that is good denieth the Christ, but acknowledgeth that he is.

7 And ye may aknow that he is, by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore I would exhort you that ye deny not the power of God; for he worketh by power, baccording to the faith of the children of men, the same today and tomorrow, and forever.

8 And again, I exhort you, my brethren, that ye deny not the agifts of God, for they are many; and they come from the same God. And there are bdifferent ways that these gifts are administered; but it is the same God who worketh all in all; and they are given by the manifestations of the cSpirit of God unto men, to profit them.

9 aFor behold, to one is given by the Spirit of God, that he may bteach the word of wisdom;

10 And to another, that he may ateach the word of bknowledge by the same Spirit;

11 And to another, exceedingly great afaith; and to another, the gifts of bhealing by the same Spirit;

12 And again, to another, that he may work mighty amiracles;

13 And again, to another, that he may prophesy concerning all things;

14 And again, to another, the beholding of angels and ministering spirits;

15 And again, to another, all kinds of tongues;

16 And again, to another, the interpretation of alanguages and of divers kinds of tongues.

17 And all these gifts come by the Spirit of Christ; and they come unto every man severally, according as he will.

18 And I would exhort you, my beloved brethren, that ye remember that aevery good bgift cometh of Christ.

19 And I would exhort you, my beloved brethren, that ye remember that he is the asame yesterday, today, and forever, and that all these gifts of which I have spoken, which are spiritual, never will be done away, even as long as the world shall stand, only according to the bunbelief of the children of men.

20 Wherefore, there must be afaith; and if there must be faith there must also be hope; and if there must be hope there must also be charity.

21 And except ye have acharity ye can in nowise be saved in the kingdom of God; neither can ye be saved in the kingdom of God if ye have not faith; neither can ye if ye have no hope.

22 And if ye have no hope ye must needs be in adespair; and despair cometh because of iniquity.

23 And Christ truly said unto our fathers: aIf ye have faith ye can do all things which are expedient unto me.

24 And now I speak unto all the ends of the earth—that if the day cometh that the power and gifts of God shall be done away among you, it shall be abecause of bunbelief.
