Ra's Energy - AnthroHeart - 02-29-2020

Has anyone else allowed Ra's energy to come into them?

I have done this the past couple of days. Sometimes the energy is peaceful,
sometimes it makes my body react with a little fear due to having to get used to it.

Maybe I won't feel so alone if I can merge with their energy.

Maybe a portion of them has a sixth subdensity here in 3D that I can more relate to.

Could I possibly feel 6D energy? I feel their energy, but not sure if it's that.

Or at least I make the intention to merge with Ra.

Just to feel like they feel. If that's even possible.

There is no silver bullet for alleviating loneliness. It seems to me the only "cure" is realizing you're not alone Smile

If your body is reacting severely to these energetic changes, perhaps that might be a sign. that is all I will say. I am speaking from my experience only. Perhaps your bodily reactions are no big deal. I dont know, thats for sure

be well and have fun

Not trying to discourage you, but you might be well advised to take the process one small "step of light" at a time.  Maybe try each time to go just one tiny step deeper into the Love?  Also, if it makes sense to you, dude, you might try putting the loneliness up front as an humble offering to Ra.  After all, it comes from a very deep and genuine place within, does it not?  Perhaps over time, with their help, bit by bit, you can allow their love/light to vibrate with you in that place?

I am not reacting severely. It's just a little bit of anxiousness cause they're higher vibration.

This actually encourages me. Yes, I do a little each day, though I do it for an hour or so.

I'm not sure how to put my loneliness up front as an offering. I guess I may have some idea so I can try and see what happens.

I feel I am more curious about Ra than truly love them. Though I do call them daddy Ra at times.

I don't know, maybe I love them. I just don't feel like butterflies and warm fuzzies about them. Or about anything really except my dog Loki.

I think if I can cultivate this love for them it would make the process better.

One way to view this is that the matter at hand has much less to do with your personal feelings towards Ra compared to how much it has to do with your feelings the other guy: namely, you.

Ra discusses how love and other energies come down from above and are met by the energy arising from within us which is powerful in proportion to the strength of our own seeking.

Skipping now from Ra to moi, if the area which is hurting is lower than the level of the heart (such as, for example, buried in the first or second energy centers), then it is difficult for the energy from above to have intercourse with it (um, so to speak).  Ra's energy, and other divine energies, in my opinion, don't travel very well down to the places of loneliness--to use the current example--when they are located in the lower triad of chakras.

For instance, I really enjoyed that youtube link you put up a few years ago to energy healer Steve.  That particular frequency cocktail is quite salubrious, I found.  However, if the areas where you need healing are buried in the lower triad, then it's very likely that you can enjoy that energy on a regular basis, but have no lasting benefit from it because it's really working higher up and taking pressure off the pain in the lower areas, but not seriously affecting the lower areas--in my opinion.

So, the way forward here is for you to bring, in this case, the primal feelings of alienation to your own heart and then ask Ra and others to converge there to offer love and healing.

I could surely be wrong about this, but the price right and the risk is low.  If you give it a try for some period of time, please report back.

Of course, the above prompts the question, "How do you bring buried pain to your heart?"  But maybe you have your own answers to that query?

Gem, i find this so wise from peregrine, surprisingly so. Just kidding peregrine Wink

On my side if I sit in silence and try to revisit a very sad event in my life and relive it very precisely, that seems definitely to bring it to a right level of emotion. Fact is, for a very far away event where I was unintentionally sharing responsibility, I relived it way too often till a year later I could hear a kind voice saying that’s all right flo, you have relived it enough.

I would do what peregrine says Gem. Much love

RE: Ra's Energy - AnthroHeart - 03-01-2020

Thank you flo, you are always so kind.

I'm sort of approaching Ra energetically. Good thing I cleared a lot of blockages over 15 years
of meditation or I wouldn't even feel a connection.

I let whatever comes to the surface come up and be released.

It's a little thing that bothers me is when I'm meditating and my mom's dog will sit near my leg and
his fur tickles my leg and distracts me. So I push him away, but he keeps doing it. It's a little frustrating.

I wonder if a Buddhist monk would push a dog away if it sat on their feet. Or do they tolerate or accept anything?

Lol gem, a Buddhist monk would probably tell you to meditate on that little dog for one hour BigSmile

I met two Buddhist monks in my life, one I meditated with for probably three years once a week, but those monks were both very funny, full of humor. I wish I could ask them but I lost somewhat contact some years ago, one for sure passed away and the one I used to meditate is very fragile now and sort of retreated. I am sure he would have good advice for the little dog.. perhaps you should talk to that little one before you meditate !!! Wink

I think gem you so right on your way with Ra
