www.academia.edu is a site that has millions of papers and books available for free.
They have books anywhere from scientific, to dowsing, and more.
I have 3 publications there: https://independent.academia.edu/ThomasSweet2
If others do writing, they may want to publish their work there, as it can get noticed.
