Refreshing life energy - Strannik - 02-02-2020
Starting the life as a child, a person is filled with vital energy, he is light and fresh, active, and feeling the breath of his higher self, he easily develops himself, going where his soul attracts him. But without wisdom, life energy is quickly wasted, one careless step after another, ignoring one’s intuition, or lack of will, and now karma begins to flow into which free life energy flows. Unfulfilled desires, unfinished business, images incorrectly accepted for the subconscious mind, wrong thoughts, incorrectly chosen development environment, objects and people around, all that vital energy gets stuck in, is wasted. And now the person comes to the understanding that he is moving incorrectly, making mistakes, he analyzes them and draws conclusions from his failures, comes to his wisdom, an understanding of how to develop, what needs to be done, but he begins to feel that he lacks the previous lightness and energy, for development, for further advancement and knowledge of the world.
How can a person refresh his life energy? To regain the ease of movement and development, creativity. Start developing fully through your soul. Can only meditation help a person in this?
Perhaps the ways in which the energy of life is wasted will be greater, and for each item there will be a different approach for correction. Nevertheless, I consider the issue of achieving an optimal state of self development important.

I think first, we have to understand that there are literally no mistakes. One can get off the path for a moment and return with another understanding that will aid its evolution in some way. The accomplishment would be "the return" to your particular path and that would be my personal point of focus and not that I strayed. Perhaps seeing where you have been and the things learned isn't so bad when you can place those learnings inside the path of your choice.
Of course meditation is a great aid when we are speaking of healing ourselves. Personal experience, it has allowed me a truthfulness when addressing my own trauma, shadow and centering myself. Learning lto ove and understand yourself is an integral part of the journey. Just as when you were a child. Children are not reluctant to accept things just as they are, however, they also accept distortions just as they are.
What I feel is important may not necessarily be the recipe for success for another living soul, therefore, our journey becomes very personalized according to our own needs based upon our own experiences starting with childhood. However, meditation, is a wonderful place to begin! When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. So, when you are ready as you continue along your path of evolution, you teacher will appear for the appropriate lesson at hand.

Strannik, I found for myself that sending gratitude to Logos/ Creator / Gaia was a great healer for me years years ago... the funny thing is that the more you send gratitude the more you find things to send gratitude for

That's a great idea.
I see Logos though as more vast than a being. So it's not really something I can send love "to".
Instead I send love to my higher self, spirit guide, and guardian angel.
My guardian angel feels very comforting and nurturing. Whereas my spirit guide is more of a workout/challenge
to my chakras. Still undecided on how my higher self feels.

I understand that. To me, The Creator is all about, and through iterations of my own experiences, and the projection(s) of other self's relayed alternate view-point(s). And understanding that One motion is all motion (s), was started(created)/ is all motion(s). That all form(s) are projected/contained within One/All. All wisdom/energy/Love is in One/All moment(s).
Infinity is indevisible, it's (power) is never different. It never changes. Yet never stops moving.....
The starting movement is no different from the wave, they our inseperable. Separation only apparently exists, it truly doesn't.

Errors do not exist for someone who does not have a goal, if a person has set a goal, then everything that does not correspond to this goal will be a mistake. For example, for a person who has set himself the goal of transitioning to fourth density, it will be a mistake for everything that pulls him back to third density.
A person’s development can be harmonious with the development of his higher self, then a person carries in his work good, harmony, the whole universe. See how Ra takes care about minimal distortions in understanding the Law of One, and you will understand what I mean when I say that distortions in human development can be, and should be minimal, that is what a person should strive for.

I do not see a transition to fourth as a goal per se. I see it as a Choice. Before I knew the Law of One, a Universal Law, I had already made my Choice along the positive path, yet I am full of distortion. I can only bring into balance what is in my awareness and usually that is one thing at a time and that is where I focus my attention. I do not look at my distortions as errors, others may, but I do not. An error means to judge something either good or bad imo. I do not look at distortions as good or bad, they just are.
According to the Law of One and many other sources the Higher Self or Over Soul is already developed and is helping us for our further development.
There is nothing wrong with third density in my opinion. As a matter of fact, what makes it so difficult is the veil, not the density. It is a double edged sword, without the veil all would be harmonious but there would be no learning. So, again, it isn't the density, it is the veil that executes the learning.
