a previous life and this one - norral - 10-28-2010
previously i was born in a very poor country. my mother was a prostitue
and a drug addict. i grew up on the street and by the time i was 13
i was heavily involved in the street gangs that proliferated in the city
we lived in. i was in and out of jail and at the age of 24 i was killed in
a robbery attempt.
after that life i was born in a much richer country to loving parents.
i was able to become a very successful businessman. at the age of 24
on a business trip i met my wife, in the country where i had lived previouslyon the streets as a gang banger. together we have three kids and we
became very involved in helping the poor in the country of my wife.
i always paid workers the highest wages and set up systems for them
that they could send their kids to schools and higher education to enable
them to break the cycle of poverty.
bottom line sometimes a life viewed by itself doesnt make any sense
but when we can see the whole picture it makes a lot more sense

How did you remember previous lives? I've never been able to do that in this lifetime.

i didnt explain myself. i wasnt implying i had lived those two lives
before. i was just saying that when u look at a life many times it doesnt
make sense when looked at it isolation. however if we could see all
our lives they would form a mosaic that would make sense to us.
i do remember that i have lived in scotland before thru a recurring
dream that i have about glasgow. also if u look at your likes in this
life they are always connected to previous lives that u have lived
imho

Oh, just a sample of how it might work. OK! I have enough unusual interests for clues about potential previous lives, but often wonder about the specifics.

Okay, understand now.
Yes, we do carry our biases with us from life to life. Some need to be worked out, others expanded.
There is the belief that if a king treats a subject poorly, he will then be that mistreated subject in another life to balance the karma. Also, as is your example. If many are needed to help in a certain area. They may want to experience that existence in one life and then be in the position to aide those in that area in the next life. Unfortunately, traumatic experiences are also carried over into other lives, especially when triggered. It's all part of the learning process.

I'm intreasted in this too. I have a wired connection to stuff that must come from a previous life - as It's not something I should have knowen about really.
I'm reading The Red book - Carl G Jung atm, it's amazing
He discribes a strong type of connection to what must have been a previous incarnation too.

I have varying degrees of memory from 5 of my previous lives...
One of the Clovis people;
A herder of sheep and goats on a high, treeless limestone plateau during neolithic times;
A resident of the village now known as Avebury in England, at the time the stone circle there was built;
A resident of the Greek-speaking part of the eastern Mediterranean (Greece, Turkey, or Syria) during the very early Christian era;
and
as a cloistered monk in a monastery in northern Europe during medieval times (I was the monastery's brewer).

I'd love to hear if you want to share anything you remeber.When ever I'm there I allways wonder about the time the stones were put there.

A few weeks ago, an acquaintance told me I should go talk with Holly, a psychic reader at The Heritage Store, here in Virginia Beach. Holly connected with all of my loved ones who have have passed on. She "read" their energy/personality as they were when here on earth. She went on to say that I had had many, many, many past lives as a nun. And then many more as a nurse.
As a nun my life had been very structured -up at 4 a.m. to say prayers, breakfast at 6:00, lights out at...and so on. Holly went on to say that so may of my past lives were about service & this life was to balance that - no structure at all - which s the way it is & why I've felt so confused. Just knowing that has helped so much. For what it's worth....
