How do you feel good? - AnthroHeart - 04-17-2019 The movie the Secret talks about the importance of feeling good? But I have an anxiety or a feeling that rubs against me energetically that keeps me from feeling good a lot of the time. How do others feel good? How can I get myself to feel good energetically? Is it just a willing of pleasurable energies to come upon you? RE: How do you feel good? - Minyatur - 04-17-2019 I think what you are describing is having nodes in your energy field, they create feeling bad. Feeling good is somewhat just inherent if it is not blocked. Except that if you only felt good, then it would somewhat be nullified in its relative meaning because of a lack of contrast. What you describe about willing pleasurable energies is like comforting the accumulation of blocked energy, but does not address the blockage. To heal our wounds we have to sit with them and become unified with them. If you are just trying to feel good without addressing the blockages, then its fixing the symptoms but not the illness. If you want to heal your anxiety, then you have to look at it with sincerity, not find how to ignore its beingness or be without it. The answer is always acceptance! Even negative entities merely take a long detour to get to that simple thing. RE: How do you feel good? - xise - 04-17-2019 I agree that one must deal with the underlying distortion. One technique can be observation of the circumstances or 'seeming serendipity' that leads to feeling good. No matter how severe your anxiety, if you are properly observing the self, you will notice situations where you naturally feel good. Some involve seeming distraction. Some involve external things you will find difficult to recreate. But all will involve certain thoughts and perspectives. Over time, if you observe enough of these, you will find patterns, especially patterns of your own perception and thoughts during these times. Then try to embody more of that thinking all of the time, and you will begin to feel good on a more conscious, intentional level. As always, this and other techniques are best applied along with daily meditation and daily contemplation on the subject at hand. RE: How do you feel good? - anagogy - 04-17-2019 I watch funny videos on the internet. Humor is one of the best ways to unblock your energy centers. RE: How do you feel good? - flofrog - 04-18-2019 I love to make someone laugh. One of my greatest joys in life. Maybe it's because you know the world is in so much trouble and so imbalance along with your own imbalance? Remember balance is the key. What you can watch the most important is control your thoughts. Each fith minute. Then, take what you find, sit down with it down to the core, and uproot it. Don't leave it until you are done. Or set aside appointed times know some things need time so patience is very important. It's not about energies and just float. Do that, and actively serve others. Everything had to be in balance.. I feel energetically good if I'm balanced(it's not an understanding, not a thinking, it's like an action). So I call it being at "home". If I leave my "home": 1. I feel weak, I don't have enough strength even for physical training. 2. I discover myself from different views, explore and study. Also, healing solved a lot of problems and energy is not wasting. Energy problems came to me after I entered to path of awakening, after a lot of years I got how to control(don't like the word) it. |
