In browsing the many topics, I have not found an introduction thread. Am reading many posts, to get a feeling for this forum's culture.

I haven't either; I suppose the intent is that everyone makes a thread in the story sharing board to share their story but I haven't felt particularly pumped up to try unpacking all of that yet!

I consider the details to be superfluous.
Just the same, I learn things from the documented experiences of others, and so should not discount sharing my own at some point.
