Is anyone familiar with interacting with beings from other dimensions/worlds/realities?
How do we know if it's just our imagination, or if we're actually talking with another being?
Do we need to go into deep meditation in order to make contact?
Is it a form of channeling when you speak to them?

I think it's good to keep in mind that our imaginations can (and often do) run away with us and to consider all of the possibilities.
