When you don't know how to help - AnthroHeart - 07-15-2018
I sort of like to reprogram the Field, alter reality, a little bit at a time.
It feels dense/thick at first. It is a large energy pattern.
I intend to do what is needed. I don't have to know what it is.
But the energy shifts. It is slow, but it shifts from thick/dense to smooth/thin.
If you can't work with energy, then just ask the Universe for energy to go where it is needed.
That can help more than you know.

I found that when I put an intention out there to try to change anything, it comes back to me as a ripple.
It can be pretty strong immediately after intending change for only a short time.
So actually I don't have to do anything but work on my self. If I intend it to do what is needed,
instead of trying to shift pattterns "out there" it always shifts myself.
Though I can feel comfortable programming water to do different things. I don't know about programming
situations to work out one way or another.
