Sedona Method for Healing - AnthroHeart - 06-21-2018
I just learned a way to let go of emotional blockages, by asking questions.
For instance if I have trouble loving myself, I would ask these three questions, and then answer as follows:
Could I let go of the feeling of not loving myself? YES
Would I let go of the feeling of not loving myself? YES
When? NOW
You ask these like 3 or so times giving time for the energy to work, and you will see it start to release.
I used this when I wasn't feeling clear inside as well as for a blockage over my heart that made me feel unworthy for receiving love.

Cool. I still suspect energy vampirism and/or past life trauma, still. I'm doing the Sedona method as we speak and it seems to be helping. Although the fear is still there, I'm a little more able to get myself to do basic picking exercises. It's a subtle, yet POWERFUL fear that can be quite debilitating. I'm REALLY not sure where it's coming from and it's making me antsy. I REALLY wanna find the root cause of this and heal it! Thank you so much for your helpful Sedona method. makes this all easier to at least some extent.

It may take some time to integrate, though it usually works right away. We work in layers.
You could do letting go of the fear of not finding the root cause of it.
Whatever is on your mind at that time is what you usually work on.
I didn't have to know the root cause of my blockages. I just intended they go, and they went.

Thanks. I have no money to afford a professional healer, but if I truly need one, I have faith that my higher self and maybe also any etheric allies I have shall lead me to whatever I shall need. Thank you so much for the useful practice and the additional info!
