It talks about how we go from unity consciousness back into 3D consciousness, back and forth.
How meditation is like flexing a muscle for unity consciousness.
Higher dimensions/levels of awareness are completely natural for us.
They mention the Mantra movie, which I haven't seen.
Remember gratitude. It's very powerful.
If anyone else has a podcast they listen to that is spiritual or related, please share.
I am also thinking of joining gaia.com which has thousands of consciousness expanding videos.
But I don't know which videos out of them would be good.

In The Now by L/L Research. There are some good exclusive Ken Wilber podcasts on itunes. Scott Mandelker has a 100+ videocasts on youtube.
