Through which media have you read Law of One? - I am Shayne - 04-26-2017 Hello all. I'm just curious 1. Have you read the books themselves, or read online? 2. Have you read the whole transcript, or just parts? 3. How did you come across LOO? 1. I ordered all 5 books as soon as I heard about the material 2. I read all 5 books during my lunchtimes when I used to work at Home Depot. People thought I was studying for law school haha "Law of One" 3. David Wilcock's Wisdom Teachings on Gaiamtv.com (now called Gaia.com) What interested me is the quote (more or less) "The proper role of the entity in this density is to experience all things desired. It is then to analyze, accept and understand these experiences" Here's book 1. All tattered because I've read it myself and lent it to 2 friends RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - AnthroHeart - 04-26-2017 Books and online, though I haven't really read Book IV or V. The archetypes always stumped me. RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - Coordinate_Apotheosis - 04-26-2017 Only read them online. Used to have the print version of Carla's Living the Law of One. Twas my personal bible, and a friend borrowed and then disappeared with it. People can do some mean things v-v RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - APeacefulWarrior - 04-26-2017 Online only, and I haven't read everything, just the parts that interest me. I usually read by looking at the categories on the front page or using keyword searches on topics, rather than trying to read it front-to-back. I'm just not into the tarot discussions or stuff like that; I'm more interested in the 'big picture' stuff. (No offense to anyone who finds the tarot discussions useful, obs.) And oddly, I found it via a link in Reddit's /r/psychonaut forum of all places. Which I don't hang out in so much any more. RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - Coordinate_Apotheosis - 04-26-2017 I initially found a link to the HH Dialogue n a facebook page, some guy made a comment calling someone 'ignorant' then posted the link to the dialogue. Ironic... You haven't read the entire material APW?? You totally should, just front to back, it's almost like a journey. It changes you RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - APeacefulWarrior - 04-26-2017 Well, I know I've read at least all of Books 1-3 and whatever material comes later that pertains directly to LOO topics. Just not necessarily sequentially. But I don't really have much interest in the projects they got involved in later on, with the tarot and the archetypes. I get what you're saying about it being a journey when read sequentially, but I like how the online version lets someone focus on specific subjects rather than trying to fit together bits and pieces spread across dozens of sessions. RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - Aion - 04-26-2017 I've read the entirety of the transcripts through once, up to three quarters another time and otherwise I read lots of pieces and I am always on there browsing through or searching things I remember coming up. Ha, I found it in /r/occult, which I also do not frequent anymore RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - Coordinate_Apotheosis - 04-26-2017 (04-26-2017, 03:24 PM)APeacefulWarrior Wrote: but I like how the online version lets someone focus on specific subjects rather than trying to fit together bits and pieces spread across dozens of sessions. While I agree, as someone who's read through the Material several times I must admit the tagging system for lawofone.info is not fully synced to the material. Many times there are queries that have pertinent relevant information to a topic, and will not be labelled as belonging to that topic. This is especially noticeable with Chakra search queries, not every session speaking of chakras shows up in the accumulated list of that chakra. So, you'll miss some things if you don't read through it all especially since the tarot/archetype parts still have other kinds of information mixed in with them. Still, I am exactly the same mostly, I use the search function and topic list to quickly find specific Q&A's, but now and then I'll come across a Q&A that isn't linked to information topics it is providing. Maybe I'll make that a little small volunteer thing, make a list of what each Q&A belongs to and email the owner of the site an updated version of their topic list and what questions go in what topics where they should be and aren't already. RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - I am Shayne - 04-26-2017 Yea the archetypes are a cool way to quantify how the universe works, but I don't find that understanding to be necessary in my life at this time. Living the Law of One is an Awesome book! Its such a good translation of the main context of the Ra material And thank god for the Law of One website. That search bar and the categories are so useful Thanks for your guys' feedback RE: Through which media have you read Law of One? - Jade - 04-26-2017 The first time I read through the PDFs. Any subsequent follow ups I've read through lawofone.info, usually in order, with all the Book V text on - obviously other than searching for quotes to post, etc. We own all the copies of the books (as husband doesn't like reading books online) so I've also read through all the books once, too. Or rather, had them read aloud to me. Preference: Lawofone.info, though I eagerly await the full print edition that will have all the omitted info integrated as accurately as possible. It's hard to read the books/pdf now after reading through it in its pristine entirety so many times - I'm like, where's this? Why does it say that? - too distracting. |
