Questions can make us stop in our tracks and expand our awareness. There is a saying that goes "there are no bad questions, only bad answers" and I can agree with this if the question in question is sencere.

Meditation is a wonderful time to explore what effect different questions bring on our awareness and how deep we can go on using them as a rhythmic mantra. The classic "Who am I?" with variations of "what am I?" and "when am I?" has brought countless of seekers across the universe in tune with the fundamental vibratory frequency of all that is, but at the same time they tend to be very much in favor of the expanding "I" aspect rather than the "We" aspect.

Lets for a moment assume that our present experience as humans in our specific situation is a (metaphorical) game. We sit down with this understanding together and ask our self; What is a good game? In the same sense as we would ask "Who are we?".

Questions evolve... And we evolve with them...

Edit: Another good question I like as a meditation matra; Is this game our life?

Another question I really like that expands awareness and promotes being present; "Is that how we are explaining this?"

Yup, never stop the questioning process or you'll stop evolving.
