Try this: stand for Two Minutes in a SUPERHERO pose. - sjel - 09-10-2016 Two minutes, and you'll significantly feel your confidence go up and your stress go down. I like using this one: but you can do any superhero that is a symbol of heroism, confidence, strength, etcetera. Like superman, or wonder woman pose (chest out, fists on hips, legs apart shoulder-width). I do this every morning before meditation, and it increases my positive thought generation. I also do this whenever I'm slouched in a depressive mess of a position. I'll be curled up hating myself and I slowly stand up into and and my mental state improves quickly.
